Off Premise (Cloud) Storage Options

My iPhoto and iTunes libraries are important to me. I have two copies of each but in the event the house burns down, I'm screwed.

Is there a service that exists that would work just like Time Machine, but the disk lives in the cloud? I am concerned about iPhotos structure and only liking HFS+ disks. I really just want something that would house the libraries and then nightly replicate only the changes. I use Carbon Copy Cloner to do that internally and works fine.

Other thought is, do I need to get off iPhoto?

Crashplan offers a backup to either (1) their cloud or (2) any internet connected computer YOU trust (work, friend, etc.).

Not sure how it works for the libraries, though.

EDIT: They have this page explaining how:

iCloud drive?

Some NAS machines can replicate to another. For example, if you had a Synology NAS at your house it could replicate to another Synology NAS that was at your parents house. Synology NAS can act as a Time Machine backup drive.

Does iCloud drive work like that? Don't think it does.

Why don't you use iTunes Match for your music? I no longer keep any music on any hard drives.

I have one older drive with my older library circa 2-3 years ago as a backup...but I have never needed it.

iphoto...dont like it, their file structure in the back end is horrible. Especially when compared to something such as lightroom.

but the new photo app will hopefully have something better/simpler

This may be an option.

there are so many cloud options. Personally I backup time machine to a WD My Cloud and upload all pics to Flickr ($20 a year account)

I have thought about match but can you stream the music? I have a mini that holds my iTunes library and my macs mount the remote disk that holds the library and play from there. There's no music stored locally on any of my laptops.

I do sync my music over to my iPhone so I can listen in the morning and evening while on on the train.

Just trying to see what benefit I would get or do I just back the library up offsite with a provider and call it a day. Talk me into it.
