Odd screen when I turned on my iPhone

Odd screen when I turned on my iPhone
I restarted my 3G, then it went into sleep mode, when I went to unlock it, I was greeted with this screen:



It's obviously not a text message, and I couldn't click anything else except Dismiss. This is on an iPhone 3G that's not jailbroken...

Weird...
