Still not sure what you want to do.. You can copy and paste it below the first set of rows you have..

I have 2 spread sheets i need to put on one page. The cells that contain the info are different sizes. If i put spread sheet 1 on first all the info on spread sheet 2 is compacted and not readable.

Are you using the copy & paste or are you just trying to merge the two sheets ?

I can't see the way you have it setup not working.. Unless you have the whole page setup as one font size, font etc... Try and clear a few rows and set them up the way you want it then copy and paste into those cells..

Not readable when? When you print it out or when you view it?

If viewing, just copy and paste and then select the cells for the 2nd spreadsheet and enlarge the font size.

If printing you have to use the Page set-up, Print Preview option to change the margins.

you can select format >>cols>>auto fit and you can do the same for the rows I think. This should resize all the cells so that all the info is viewable

After pasting go to the top of your cols and double click on the line between the top of each col (ie the black line between the A and B, B and C, C and D, etc....).

Ok, this is what he is saying. The cols/rows of the first sheet are smaller than that of the second sheet. So, when he pastes the second sheet on the first sheet, the first sheet will show huge spaces or widths, while the second looks normal.

The best solution that I have is to wrap text the cells and fool around with the size.

What phipark said is whats happening. I figured out a way to print it but it looks like shit.

I have 2 spread sheets with different sized cells. When i put them on the same sheet the sizes get all screwed up.

I understand.. Sometimes you have to weigh the options between using Word and Excel.. Excel you can't individually size each block/cell.. It must be the whole rows/row.. But sometimes you can merge cells together to make it fit a little better.. If it's nothing personal or confidential you can send me the file and I can try and dress it up for you..
