LCD Projector for the office...

Need a fairly decent one for the team here at work... Don't want to spend more than $1,000.

Any good ones out there? Any links?

Thanks.

I know many will disagree with me but I am not a fan of InFocus. Their support sucks.

If you are looking for something compare it too, look at the NEC NP40, NP50, NP60.

BTW, the Infocus and NEC are both DLP, not LCD. The NEC is pound and a half lighter.

Are you looking to just give good powerpoint or something else?

Infocus makes very good projectors; but their company as a whole is borderline bankrupt (they havent made a profit in a while); hence the reason their customer support sucks -- because they cant afford to properly staff it

As far as the original question
projectorcentral.com will have all the info you need to make a decision

We have 1 from Dell. The 2400MP. We actually got it for free since we ordered about 500 19" LCD's.
It works ok & does the job. But the room needs to be fairly dark. I think that's all LCD projectors though. Has PC composite, & S video inputs/outputs

I have a hitachi dlp that works great(hitachi maked both dlp and lcd projectors, and IMO their products are high quality). Here's a link to a site with reviews of various machines:

Good luck, I hope you find what you need.
