iTunes question

Everytime one of my songs finishes downloading it automatically opens iTunes. This pisses me off big time when I'm running other programs. How do I stop iTunes?

Open iTunes. Open Preferences. Under General, unclick "Use iTunes as the default audio player."

What's causing the song file to open automatically? Maybe it might be the downloading program you're using that has some kind of "open file when finished" feature or some shit. That's all I can think of.

Nice! That was it! The new version of my downloading program was integrating with iTunes on its own.
