Itunes problem

My girl is having a problem with her ipod. She keeps on getting this error everytime she tries to update her ipod nano. The error message "the ipod cannot be updated because the required file cannot be found" or something like that. I cant directly help because I'm at work. any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, I'll ask her to try it and see if that works. Did you have the same problem as my girl did?

Im having an itunes problem as well, sorry to switch topics.

I upgraded to the itunes 6.0 like 2 weeks ago and ever since then itunes wont load , it has only opened up once since actually. I tried turning off Norton, but that does not help..Next step would be to uninstall and reinstall?? Would I lose my music doing so? Has anyone experienced this before or know what to do?? I need help

It seems like it tries to load but the interface does not.

Thanks in advance
