That's an excellent plan!!! I second the notion for eBay; there are many reputable dealers on there and a very good selection of phones available (Motorola v60 )

I don't know any specific vendors, but look at their feedback and look at the items that are specifically cell phone purchases and read the buyer comments. That's always worked for me.

 

i have a nokia 3560 that is lightly used, that i can send for the cost of shipping. when i was working i had a customer who gave us a bunch of clean phones
