No Roaming on the extended coverage nation wide.
No long distance charges nation wide

2-A) ) My Phone:
Motrola V600 Regular price $350 with 2-years contract $250 with $50 Rebate == $199.

2-B) Accessories (50% off)
a) Car Charger $27 discounted to $13.50
b) Leather Carrying case $22 discounted to $11
c) BlueTooth Wireless Free-hand set $100 discounted to $50

3-A) ) My Wife Phone (her selection) :
Nokia 6200 regular $200 with 2-years contract $100

3-B) Accessories (50% off)
a) Car Charger $27 discounted to $13.50
b) Leather Carrying case $22 discounted to $11
c) Earbud set $20 discounted to $10

4) FREE Activation worth $54 on both lines

Total paid $459, Rebate $50. Net: $409

Savings:
2-year plan savings: $200 on 2 phones
Rebate: $50
50% off Total: $109
Activation: $54

Net Savings: $413

Did I get a good deal?

Thanks.

NOTE: At best we could have got a better dea, but my wife has to go with Ericson T616 ( Free at best buy). Our bill would have been $335

I will say you have got one of the best plans out there. I am not sure about the prices of the phones (I usually check deals on the left of the howardchui web pages with very discounted if not free V600s).

But yet you are getting the most expensive cellphone that cingular sells. Just do not forget to insure it !! - its well worth believe me.

If you are not gonna use Wireless internet or interactive messaging, call 1-866-CINGULAR and deactivate them for both phones. They charge a shitload for the pay per use features.

zamo,

Good Advice! I will try to insure my V600 and deactivate pay per use services.

BTW, check your PM.

why would you want to deactivate? Text MSG and Wireless Internet? Both are inexpensive if you rarely use them.
