how do i unlock my blackberry curve?
I have t mobiles curve and want to unlock it for cingular. im new to sim cards and unlocking phones. please instruct me on how to go about doin this. does it cost money or can it be done for free?

I'll be travelling overseas after Christmas and bought a prepaid SIM card for the carrier in Russia. I called AT&T and said I was doing this and requested for them to unlock. They texted me an unlock code. I then went to this site and it worked. Make sure you have a foreign SIM or this wont work.

Not to be an ass to Raheel, but if i'm not mistaken, due to new recent laws enacted that allow phones to be unlocked, I believe you can call up your service provider to request the unlock code, they will instruct you how to do it free of charge

No Problem man
You can always call your company and get codes, I know T-Mobile has strict regulations for this, You must be with them for at least 6 months and etc etc, and I believe they will give you one code every 6 months, Its just I have heard Cingular/AT&T are a little harder to get, but if you cant I can always get you as many as you want

Just yours. It has to do with the IMEI i believe. Raheel correct me if im wrong.
