Excel experts - Best way to learn macros and VBA in Excel?

For you excel masters... I'm trying to learn how to make buttons that take you to different worksheets, print certain ranges automatically, etc...

How is the best way for me to learn how to do this kind of stuff?

Record a Macro, view the code and alter it as needed.

You'll end up with code like this:

Sub Macro1()
'
' Macro1 Macro
' Macro recorded 9/11/2003 by Steve Calbert
'

'
Range("A1:A3").Select
Selection.PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True
End Sub
