Which carrier has the WORST customer svce?

I Personally think that its At&T, because they haven't been able to answer any of my questions regarding the phone bill, nor have they tried to help me out w/ general problems as well. They're on my list..
One of the questions were: To see if they'd reimburse me on several calls that i made, it was long distance, which i didn't know..his response was that, he has verizon phone and they charged him once as well.
SEcond: I asked them if there was a way to block anonymous phone calls, answer, he didn't know..
Third: Why do u have verizon if you're an At&T employee, wat does that tell us about ur carrier?? Answer: My contract isn't up yet...
Oh one more thing, he lied to me about his rep. ID#....
***sorry if i made this long***

the bigger the company the worse the customer service. tmobile will pretty much do anything to keep customers, while verizon the nation's biggest carrier doesnt give a shit.

T-mobile has excellent customer service, I've never had a problem with them.

I still give ATT customer service some credit, While SPRINT IS OUTRIGHT HORRIBLE!

And Next year I hope the Merger ATT/Cingular helps the companies improve, is that gonna put them above Verizon for Biggest Carrier?

This is what I meant by my last comment that you surprise me. You do work in the industry right? What does the size of the company have ANYTHING to do with the quality of customer service?

It doesn't.

Sometimes you appear to be repeating myths and rumors that you might have read on the mobile phone forums.

Not trying to flame you. It's hard for me to say this being from Sprint, but Verizon probably has the best customer service ever. Of course they care about their customers, that's how they have managed to attract so many. Even with a contract, you can't afford to screw over any customer. I don't work in the customer service area, but at Sprint, no matter the size, we care about every single customer despite being the 3rd largest behind Cingular/ATT and Verizon. There is always room to grow and you can never have enough [good] customers. T-Mobile is definitely a small service provider.

My comment to you was based on Sprint being a big company and everyday I do everything I can to make sure I do my part which is to bring the best quality, most UI friendly, bug-free handset to the market to the customer. Maybe that's the perception but I didn't get that memo to blow off the customer.
