I am looking for a DIY alarm system that will either text cell phones (even if I have Verizon) or where I can pay a monitoring fee for no more than $15 per month. I don't want to have to drill to mount and want it wireless. I only need 2 infrareds and about 3 doors. Any thoughts?

Have SimpliSafe and love it. Combined it with some Arlo cameras plus some "hard wired" cameras and we're pretty setup here
