If anyone is feeling the need for a hard to find 4" phone, you can have my 5S for $2,000.

Fucking Apple in all their money making brilliance. I had hoped the Xs max would push the prices on the Xs down. But they set it up that to get the same configuration I’ll be paying the exact same. Oh and they are releasing nearly a month earlier so you have payout the 12th month of your upgrade plan. So you’ll basically get double billed for a month.

Apple is well on their way to a 2 trillion dollar company.
just saw that the background NFC tag reading feature only works with the XS, XS Max & XR.

I recall someone kept talking about Band 71?
well the new iPhones support T-Mobiles 600mhz LTE spectrum (aka Band 71)

That blue XR is peaking my interest. maybe I could get by with a 128GB blue XR
It reminds me of my Cyan Nokia Lumia 920

The XR doesn't have 3D Touch

I'm set up to pre-order the Max, but I'm still kind of on the fence. I mean, I'm on the program so it's built into my budget...

I'll be getting an XS Max and a watch to complement it.
No news about airpods? Mine still work great, maybe slightly diminished battery life. Not getting another pair, current set already went through the wash on accident (work fine) and I lost another pair.
I can't lie, I hate on both Apple and Google but the video got me hyped.

I'm gonna get a phone first. Then probably a Watch around xmas time
The XR is confusing me. It's supposed to be the budget model, ouch. The bezels look huge too. I bitched about the notch on the X, but this is a different thing entirely.
Also the XR display has the same 326ppi as the iPhone 4's retina display.
No 128gb option is bullshit too, but okay.

5W charger
Omission of lightning to aux adapter
Just exclude the lightning cable next time fam. I'll probably spend another $50-100 getting lightning to USB-C adapters and chargers.
At this rate phones will break the $2000 price point before 2025. Or will it be more like $2200? $2500?!?
I'm gonna be keeping this one for more than a year...

Im still working on mine. I can get $250 for my series 3 at Apple trade in, $525 for my X and $250 for my iPad Pro. I think I can be ok with selling all that and leaving with a Max and a Series 4. I rarely use the iPad.

With Apple trade in, do they send you boxes like Gazelle does, or how does that work?

Lots of high powered chargers out there that are very cheap and that work well...but the USB-C to Lightning, that's another story.

These new iPhones don't really excite me all that much anymore
ive been debating all night if I should even bother upgrading or just stick with my 7 Plus and replace the battery.

Get new battery, only thing that is attracting me is camera upgrades, as I have a 6s+, with battery replaced a few months ago.

Too hard to pass up a fast charger, and if anything my Anker cables have been more reliable than my Apple ones. Sadly I do not have a MacBook so no 30W charger.

I love my Anker cables. It's really the only company I trust for cables.

Ankers a good brand. I like their 2 meter cables.
ive never had an issue with Apple lightning cables thou. I'm still using the one that came with my iPhone 5.

I like Anker too. Power banks, chargers, cables... all solid. I will get a lightning to USB-C adapter when I get the phone, it's supposed to be even faster than using the 30W Macbook charger.
I've gone through a bunch of Apple Lightning cables. The ones in my car tend to crap out the most, probably from the heat and vibration(?)
I also had cables that never leave my room. I avoided bending or crushing them at all.
I've heard of people bringing them to the Apple store to get them exchanged, but the last time I went the guy told me nope.
