Chris is better than Amoeba, another Jags fan (who is banned noiw I believe). That dude was insisting that the Jags had like 7 or 8 starting caliber quaterbacks on their roster, that Jack Del Rio was the best rookie coach in the history of all sports, that they were a shoe-in for multiple super bowl wins, etc. etc.

I wish we had all of that... lol.

Actually, I wish we had fans like the Steelers... they are unreal.

Seriously though, I am happy with a 4-3 record (w/ 2 shut outs.)

We are missing many of our key players:
Reggie Hayward (torn achilles)
Mike Peterson (torn pectoral)
Greg Jones (acl)
Marcus Stroud (ankle)
Terry Cousin
Byron Leftwich

That is 6 starters out.

I'm not taking anything away from the Jags but the Eagles are in a rut. What is wrong with them?

I think Ben should've ran that last one in. Did he have the his recent head injuries in the back of his mind. I really think Big Ben last year would've ran that one in.

And Ocho Cinco. That's some funny shit.

chirp chirp. chirp chirp.

1. Chicago (7-0)
2. New York (5-2)
2. New Orleans (5-2)

During our Saturday night "Halloween" escapade, at around 3 PM, we happend to find a 1985 Mike Ditka, sunglasses, sweater, and hair all set up. Needless to say, our drunk asses were waving our arms, ducking our heads toward him

Thank God Romo had a good game. If I never see Drew Bledsoe play another game of football I will be a happy man...

And if T.O. wants to keep that tiny slither of respect I have for him, he better not fuck with a young QB like Romo if/when he has a bad game. I could've cared less when he fucked with McNabb and all the other veteran QB's...but I draw the line when it comes to a young guy learning the game...

This was a huge surprise, but I had no idea the Raiders had the #1 pass defense in the NFL before this game. But I guess this can be misleading since the teams that have beat Oakland were probably running the ball more than normal since they had the lead...

They ran the ball because our running defense was one of the worse in the league

gotta love a team that can put 20 on the board w/ less then 100 total yard

Spelled lutefisk. And it only adds to your sorrows.

I've never seen the Vikings play so bad and get so screwed by refs in the same game.

You're a shame to all Minnesotans! No, it's not a drink. It's a fish and lye dish native to Norway. Goes well with lefse. You should probably get paid to eat it.

Well, with November 1st coming up, thought it may be appropriate to have a quick post about the greatest RB ever (well, IMO anyhow).

I have never admired an athlete as much as Sweetness and I don't think I ever will again...Here's a nice tribute video with some of his highlight reel plays and etc.

http://vids.myspace.com/index.?fusea...eoid=790088484

The link may have to be copied and pasted if it does not work...

Weird...I've tried many times to copy the link again in this thread but the "" letters keep getting removed in front of the "?" in my text...Try the link again below:

vids.myspace.com/index.c f m?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=790088484

Where it is underlined and bolded, remove the spaces there. Try that...otherwise, I give up.

Well, I can tell you for sure that none of the Giants will be mentioned

Our secondary is the only thing I don't have confidence in.
