Packers/Bucs game was a defensive grudge match. Not gonna lie, that last drive by TB12 had me thinking, here we go again. Gotta listen to the nutswingers tomorrow! The fumble at the 2 by Jones killed me. Not sure what happened in the 2nd half, our offense just stopped... Thankfully the defense was in tip top shape. I couldn't imagine if everyone was healthy how that game would have turned out.
Vikings? or just the normal Lions?

I had pegged the Bears to be 1-2 or 0-3 so far...the fact they are 2-1 is rather surprising...though, this team badly needs some quality players. Basically rookie QB behind an O-line with 3 newbies/rookies...and a WR corp that no one is scared of. Yikes.
Even on D, it's a miracle they can actually stop drives on occasion.

Yeah that was... something LOL. But hey, they are now the last remaining undefeated team in the AFC! We'll see how far they can go. Hill and Waddle are definitely their best WR tandem since Duper and Clayton. Not sure what was up with Tua's injury... when he left the field I was like, yup, here we go. And now there's the question of whether there was shenanigans with the concussion protocol. Basically the main thing that can derail their season I think is Tua's tendency to be fragile. We shall see!

So in Fantasy my quarterbacks have scored 4.5 (Prescott), 8.8 (Fields), 4.9 (Fields), 2.4 (Tua, who I just traded for).
So 12 points less than my kicker. Swell.

I hope so too, just just for Fantasy. I'm not sure how much last week may have played a role - looking at this hit full speed he got whipped into the ground really hard. Looked terrible.

They are reporting this AM he was released and few home with the team, so that's good news. Bet he's going to be out though for several weeks.
And I'm all for an investigation just because it will re-emphasize the need for player safety. Maybe expose a loophole in the process from last Sunday.

There is no excuse possible to say he wasn't concussed Sunday. The training staff, coaches, owners should all be looking for a new job after that game. Last night was icing on the cake. For Tua's sake I hope he recovers and doesn't have major issues from 2 concussions within 5 days of each other. Player safety was not even thought about and should carry some fines to prevent this from ever happening again.

For those that watched Thursday Night Football - was your resolution really bad for a majority of the game? There were parts that reminded me of playing old Atari games it was so bad. Like the resolution was really throttling back. Almost unwatchable. Just curious if it was just me, but I have pretty rock-solid internet at 1G speed.

Streaming to my TV using the Amazon Prime Video app. And it's a 55" TV. But normally I don't have any resolution issues (using Neflix is fine, Hulu, etc.). And normally Amazon isn't that bad, but it's far more sketchy than the other services.

People have been complaining all over the interwebs so its not just you. Youd think Amazon would have a better product

I watched Mike McDaniel's press conference today. He's maintaining that his doctors, including the independent one, did not diagnose a head injury after Sunday. So if the doctors say OK, and Tua says OK, I'm not sure what McDaniels was expected to do. However that's not stopping the media from being pretty hard on him. Funny how everyone with a microphone turns into a board certified medical doctor after a football game.
I still maintain Tua was headed to the hospital after that fall. It's entirely possible that while he was able to pass the protocols after Sunday, that something wasn't fully healed so a bad hit was already piling on top of some unhealed stuff from Sunday. But I think the media needs to get up off McDaniels back. If the process they followed after Sunday wasn't sufficient, fix that. Don't expect head coaches to play doctor.

I bet it wasn't a mistake, Dolphin's staf and probably Tua were pressuring them to pass him.

Bears' inability and refusal to properly protect their QB is going to ruin Fields' career...

Stephania Bell's comment was spot on and addressed that - she said we need an objective test for concussions. Not sure one exists yet, but she emphasized that we need to take the human out of the equation so no one can manipulate the results. In the mean time maybe they need someone back at the home office overseeing returning to the game.

What's great is Brady has no home to go to with Gisele ready to murder him there.

Pretty cool that despite having no O-line, no WRs, and no cheating, the Bears have the same record as the Sucs who have the entire NFL All-Pro team, all that cheating, and bribery of the NFL's refs.
