We thought about it, but decided that San Fran was our trip. We didnt win the lottery as season ticket holders so we would need to buy tickets 3rd party, hotels are all booked and flights start around 10k per person, we are not driving with an 8 year old. San Fran was awesome, Ill post some pics up.

This whole thing with Peyton Manning and how the Fins are planning on being aggressive. Ex Indy prez Bill Polian was saying how his arm strength is probably shit. I hope our docs are smarter than the Culpepper fiasco.

They should offer Oakland a bunch of picks for Carson Palmer. Or aggressively pursue Rex Grossman. Either scenario would be hilarious.

^Even Miami isn't that dumb.

Greg Schiano named Bucs coach. I thought he came out of nowhere but apparently he interviewed for St. Louis. Looks like Sherman to be Miami's OC and Coyle from Cinci as the DC. Univ of Miami fans loved Schiano here before he left to Rutgers. Nice career move going from Rutgers to NFL.

I didn't think he'd wind up as an NFL coach, rather maybe moving on to another program. We'll miss him here @ RU but, good for him.

I hope Indy goes into a 10 year playoff drought because of the respect that there giving to Peyton. They were nothing-- just an afterthought before Peyton. I don't care if he's hurt, he can still play better than half of the league's QBs blindfolded.

That's were you are wrong, he can't play, he has no strength in his tricep, in his throwing arm. And you have no idea how's he's being treated except reading or listening to the bullshit of sports media.

They paid him 35 million dollar bonus this year because of respect they have for him.

He has plenty of strength. It is the motion of his neck. Of course I don't, but the public comments by Jim Irsay are uncalled for. It is almost like a Dan Gilbert and Lebron James happening all over again. And after that one year, Irsay doesn't seem to want him for a guy that has devoted his ass out for 12+ years. I just don't like the 'games' happening. Either cut him or agree to extension-- & and yes I know they have till March. The firing of every 'original' Peyton Manning Coach, already showed him out the door, yet he is still publicly saying he is borderline on the decision.

Yeah, you know what you're about talking. Going to start calling you Stephen A. Smith. He gets paid to talk sports and is still just a hot bag of air.

He's been cleared by the doctors today. Well this is going to be interesting.

I'm going to seat back and enjoy the drama that's going to take place in the Colts.

I hope Peyton goes to play somewhere else and Luck comes in to start right away. Should be fun to watch!

I still hear about his triceps nerves not regenerating thus affecting his arm strength. Sounds like he's healthy but he's average right now.

Cleared, but not clear. Would like to see he come back and play. The safety issue is over, from what his doctors say. Question would be does he have the strength to play.

One thing is for sure, they built that team around him, without him it's nothing. All the money he deserves, takes away from better players they need elsewhere.

I'm neither, because I don't pretend to know what's going on between two people that aren't talking about it. I don't make up stuff to talk about it, or follow ESPN who are the TMZ of sports.

'They use you up': Hall of Famer Dorsett (and many other players) suing NFL

Here's some fun reading before the Super Bowl. It's long, but it's a good read about what the former players are going through and what they're looking for from the NFL.

I've been following this stuff for a while now, and it's pretty obvious the NFL wants nothing to do with it. From reading quotes like this though, things are gonna get uglier and not go away.

Harrah, like most of the former players interviewed by the AP, isn't all that optimistic about a quick resolution. "They're just waiting until we die," he says of the NFL. "They're just waiting for us old guys until we pass - to quit complaining, and we die."

Yeah, that is a pisser, but they are starting to get back logged with so many able to be picked. Chris Carter and Tim Brown should have been in it this year as well.

Why do most head basketball coaches dress like out of GQ, but head football coaches come out of the Salvation Army?

Seriously, I get more dressed up to watch the game than Belichick does to coach it.

unfortunately, I believe that the coaches cant even wear a suit if they want to anymore. They HAVE to wear team apparel due to contractual obligations.
