Right...as if though low/high ratings will affect anyone's Superbowl parties.
And unlike his elder sibling, this Manning will win his 2nd Superbowl in the house that Peyton built, Indy.

I hope the Patriots win, not because the Giants beat us but because I'll always cheer on a fellow 49ers fan, as mentioned on the previous page.

That's an irony that I'd not considered.

49s were very tough and they made our offense struggle, but the Giants D was underestimated and made Smith look like garbage.

I'm actually a lot less worried about facing the Pats than I was about facing the 49s. We've taken down Brady last two times we played them, including this season when we weren't even playing our best football. Giant's D can stop Brady and I don't think the Pat's secondary can stop Eli.

Thanks Kyle Williams for giving the Giants half of their points.

Niners were so close to the Super Bowl but ended up pulling a Roger Craig all over again. That game last night opened up an old wound from 1990. Williams' two fumbles cost us in regulation and overtime.

I wouldn't take the loss so bad had it not been for the fumbles. We had a great season but to go down like this on BONEHEADED plays by WILLIAMS absolutely sucks!!!

It's going to take me a while to get over this one...

Next year won't be any easier.

Non-division opponents next season
Packers
Lions
Bears
Vikings
Patriots
Jets
Bills
Dolphins
Saints
Giants

Also there was no need for me to bust out my quotes, because the all mighty Niners won last week.

And I like how you went back at least 5 pages to find my quotes.

Kudos to you bro

*I flip will no longer talk shit about the Niners, I will from here on out congratulate them on their magnificent talents.*

Yup, if you finish first in your division you automatically play the first place teams in the other two conference divisions. Then based on how the schedules cycle it will be the AFC East and NFC North next season which just happens to have 3 teams who went to the super bowl recently, then if you count the Saints, that's 4 teams. We'll win the West again, but it will be tough to repeat what was done this year.

Saints are pissed they lost in the final seconds to the 9ers
Packers are pissed they blew it against the Giants,
Lions are pissed about "Shove gate".
Bears are pissed they collapsed and didn't make the playoffs,
and the Patriots or Giants are going to be pissed that they lost the SB.

Niners need to sweep the division, beat the Jets, Bills, Dolphins and Vikings, and then at least get a split with the six other teams.

Alex Smith was horrendous although the Giants defense was pretty damn good.

Congrats to both teams. My son Brady knows which team to root for

I wouldn't be as heart broken as I am right now if we lost by a big play that the giants are capable of. We lost to those stupid careless mistakes, that's wht kills me.

Well in the offseason we will be looking for receivers, im done with football this year go patriots. Hats off to giants though.

And welcome back to earth? Please we were in position to win that game, not like we got embarrassed, we competed with every team they said we couldn't.

When are you guys going to give the Giants some credit. They wiped the field with Atlanta, they took down the top offense in Green Bay and the top Defense in San Fran.

Not to mention they took care of the Patriots already in the reg season, and they weren't even playing their best ball back then.

Last time I checked, fumbles/turnovers and special teams were part of the game.

Oh, all credit due to the Giants. I'm extremely impressed and somewhat surprised at their success so far.

Good teams bury their opportunities. Period. So, despite the mistakes the 9ers made, the Giants did something with them and that's something. And yes, impressed with their D and Eli needs to get alot of credit...He is an elite QB.

Yea, we will be very upset over a superbowl appearance

When the Giants win, will you still be a sore loser, or will it all just be luck?

I was happy when they kicked the Pack to the curb. When did I say anything about their accomplishments being just luck? Or maybe you thought I was disagreeing with your little Flacco speech?

They didn't take down the Top D in SF, Eli threw almost 60 times, meaning the shut down their running game and he needed that many passes to get 300 yds.

Without two turnovers inside of the 35 they would have been going home. Yeah turnovers do play part of the game, but that luck is the reason they are in the Super Bowl.

SanFran lost, the Giants didn't win it, but they are going to Indy. That's all that counts.

The Giants are a passing team, well known at this point. They haven't had a running game all season. Nothing new there....

You can speculate left and right about what would have happened without those turnovers...but don't forget we shut down their offense almost completely. Aside from from a couple bomb passes to VD, they did nothing with the football besides mishandle it. They converted 1 3rd down all game.
