I'm saying you held one of the worst teams in the league to 3 points. I wouldn't use that as the signal that the turnaround has occured.

simply more weapons on offense. and our defense holds its own. against anybody.
the signal is not that we held carolina to 3 pts.. its that our starters were back on the field and they were creating turnovers and scoring points..

Interesting games. Dolphins bench Henne. Then Pennington's first play gets his shoulder hurt. They pop it back in during the huddle and after the next play he's done for the year. Then Henne blows out his knee in the 3rd and we wildcat the rest of the 3rd. Now Thigpen is our starting QB. Yet we still convincingly beat Tennessee. :headscratch:
Thank you New England for spanking the Steelers as I was up big and the guy I was playing had Mendenhall, Pitt DEF, and of course Mike Wallace who went nuts in garbage time.
I think the guy from Houston watched too much Primetime as a kid when they would yell "Knock it down!!!".
