NFL Week 2 Power Rankings TOP 10

1. New York Giants (2-0)
The Giants will ground and pound you on both sides of the ball and proved Monday night that they are the true beast in the east.

2. New Orleans Saints (2-0)
The only thing scarier than Drew Brees' hair are the numbers that he is putting up. Sure they are giving up 24.5 pts a game, but who cares when your scoring over 45.

3. Minnesota Vikings (2-0)
Brett Favre + Adrian Peterson = Serious Playoff Contender
Brett Favre + Adrian Peterson - Brett Favre = Serious Playoff Contender

4. New York Jets (2-0)
We all knew the Jets had talent, now they have a coach who can bring it all together. The defense has not given up a touchdown yet, and Mark Sanchez has bested Matt Shaub and Tom "Not So Terrific" Brady in his first two games.

5. Atlanta Falcons (2-0)
This Sunday's game in New England will prove where Matt Ryan and Falcons stand.

6. Baltimore Ravens (2-0)
Joe Flacco has matured into a solid quarterback. Sure they lost Bart Scott and Rex Ryan to the Jets, but they still have Ed Reed and Ray Lewis.

7. Indianapolis Colts (2-0)
Can the Colts make it to the playoffs riding Peyton's arm with no defense? So far so good.

8. San Francisco 49ers (2-0)
Frank Gore and company are taking charge of the NFC West.

9. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1) and New England Patriots (1-1)
Early losses will not derail these two clubs. They will find a way into the playoffs, they always do.

10. Denver Broncos (2-0)
Could be the worst team to start 3-0 in recent memory.

no way denver is 10....and neither is new england...they havent proved anything yet and cant be put in power rankings because of their history...all they have proved is that they got beat by a first year coach and rookie QB

Fortunately/unfortunately I missed the game. Apparently Dallas Clark is radioactive. Or is it that our safeties don't provide safety?

Radioactive beast

Oh yeah. Week 1 I got to play Philly D and this week Chris Johnson. Both scored about 4325412432 points on me. FML

i know Denver should be at 18, but they are 2-0 and face the Raiders next week..

as for the Patriots/Steelers they are the best 1-1 teams and deserved mention because their teams are still pretty stacked.. Eagles were up there until they got smacked by the Saints and their QB situation is shaky

Denver won't have a real test of their merit until at least Dallas, and maybe not until New England during week 5. I expect them to finish at .500 or just below with how weak the AFC West really is.

Aside from the Tony Romo imitation against Green Bay, I think Cutler is so far showing his worth with 2 come-from-behind drives in two games now.

Just wait until Forte gets going. Da Bears O should be a decent one.
