Scary win. Just barely eked by. Probably good for my heart that I missed the last drive. 3 in a row against the Jets. We haven't done this since 97.

Zipit, dingis. I was ranting mostly about the Packers on choking their chance to beat a very beatable Dikings team.

They may be beatable, but not by this year's version of the Pack (or the Bears). As unpalatable as it may be, the Vikings are the runaway class of the NFC North this year and the way they are protecting Favre I don't see that changing.

No kidding...the only way Cutler gets that kind of protection is if the Bears can load the O-line with another 12 players since the current starters are all ...

Seriously, as stupid as some of Cutler's throws have been, I have been absolutely impressed by his toughness and how he gets up after each hit, sack...Next to Rodgers, I don't think there is any other QB in the league that has come close to resembling roadkill than Cutler.

Sure, Cleveland is one of the worst teams in the league, but a win is still a win!

Also, I was always under the assumption that GB was Chicago's biggest rivals - moreso than MN. I just assumed you would have rather seen MN win and GB lose.

This is true for me. There was a lot of bad blood generated during the Forrest Gregg era that I can't let go of.

Very crabby. The O-line is cahoots with the opposition and has an over/under of 5 for each game the franchise QB gets his head taken off...They can't beat a team that features a castoff bust as its RB and a host of criminals.

So...yeah, I am crabby. That and I have a splitting headache today.

And in regards to the "biggest" rival, it varies on the situation. Since I know GB has an O-line as bad as Chicago's and is not in 1st place...I have to root for them over the Dikes.

But, believe me...It was painful.

I see. Well, as poor as your O-line is, it should make for an interesting game against the Vikings then!
I predict 8 sacks for Allen.

Although the Colts are undefeated, I think the Steelers could take them out. The Pats I'm not so sure.

The Eagles and Vikes might have a shot against New Orleans. Between now and the playoffs, chinks in the armor will show.

This post reeks of jealousy

Does this mean you'll be rooting for the Bengals when we play the Vikings?!?!

Throw the kitchen sink at Brett Favre!

I mean, if the Jailbird Bensucks can beat a BETTER Chicago team 45-10, they can crush the Dikes by 12 TDs. At least.

Anything less is a failure.

I think a Bengals avatar from now until the game would be helpful

The Vikings will be shown no mercy. Favre will be in nursing home and Jared Allen in a psych ward when we're done with them.

Even though they would still crush you guys without those two

Bengowned avatar...? Me?!? YOU NUTS?!? NEVAR!!

Just the mere fact that I said I'm cheering for your will-the-defendent-please-raise team is good enough.

But, remember: Just this once. Once.

The only way I keep my sanity in being a Chicago sports fan is to have generous doses of -ness and lunacy.

Duh.

Chris Chambers released from the Chargers.

Yummy's Bears can use all the receiving help they can get.

Super Bowl prediction: Saints vs. Bengals

pulled that one out of my ass cause I have no idea who really is going to be dominant in the AFC and because the Colts are the easy obvious pick. Saints are just too dominant though.

Not sure what Bears team you're watching...but, the WRs are clearly not the problem. Hester has been quite good and Knox has been a very positive surprise...

The problem is the O-line which can't protect the QB nor open holes for Forte.

So, sorry...try again. If you wanna join the bandwagon on bashing my team, at least get your facts right.
