Victor Martinez got mad and kicked a bucket. The bucket won.

Wow that is awesome. You could just see all the energy in the crowd, and how pumped everyone was. It had to have been great having that first hand.

I wish my first game at Fenway was that exciting.

i looked at the upcoming schedule with white sox playing the angels next. i looked at the pitching matchups and too bad garland isn't pitching! i wish he pitched and wanted to see if the sox fans would give him a good or bad reception.

Cleveland can't hit. They look terrible. Detroit is underachieving like nobody's business, the Royals just got swept, and the freaking Twins can't catch the ball and their bullpen can't throw strikes, and half their damn team is on the DL.

There are no "good" videos really. You can tell Pujols feels terrible.

Yeah that didn't come out right did it?

Sad to see though...I've always been afraid of doing that, especially in softball where they're so close.

Well you Reds fans need to kiss and make up to Dusty now that he's playing Votto, Cueto, and Bruce. :p

Speaking of that though, have you seen the AL all-star voting? Why don't they just send the Red Sox to Yankee Stadium and be done with it? Josh Hamiliton is fifth or sixth and Quentin is below him in the outfield.

do you think it's time to trade Buerhle? he's the main weakness of ChiSox's pitching right now.

Cubs get: Mark Buerhle
Sox get: Rich Hill, Jeff Samarjia, Felix Pie, and Jim Edmonds

Cubs with the best record in the Majors! So the playoffs would look like this:

AL

TB vs. ChiSox [ChiSox 3-2]
LAA vs. Bos [Bos 3-1]
Bos vs. ChiSox [Bos 4-1]- Boston AL Champs

NL

Cubs vs. AZ [Cubs 3-1]
FLA vs. StL [FLA 3-2]
Cubs vs. FLA [Cubs 4-1]- Cubbies NL Champs

Red Sawks vs. Cubs [Cubs 4-0]- Cubbies WS Champs

I'm not taking anything away from Lester's no-hitter...but, this was funny:

From Charles Barkley: "If it was against the Royals, it should only count as half a no-hitter."

Hey Cheeseyops, the Twins rallied from 8-3 down with 2 outs in the 9th to tie the game and later won in the 10th.

Wait, it was against the Royals.

Speaking of fantasy pickups and Twins, I picked up Casilla as my 3rd 2B since Figgins and Barmes are both hurt. This dude had an RBI in 5 straight games and had 3 hits last night.

Casilla has more homers than Joe Mauer and Delmon Young combined.

Wait, that's not funny.

I've missed a lot of baseball this year, but I'm starting to get back in it....

Things I want to say:

Kudos to Josh Hamilton for coming back and preforming from a drug and alcohol addiction, I hope he keeps it up.

What's up with CO, they've been sucking, although they were average last year til around late August I was expecting them to at least be a couple games over .500
