Drury rarely plays like that for the Rangers.

Miller was superhuman!

Ryan Miler was amazing. He's like the Alexander Ovechkin of goalies.

Except Ovechkin would be better than Miller if he played goalie

Good game, congrats. Only fitting it comes on the eve of 30 years since the miracle on ice.

I was willing to give Canada a pass after that Swiss game but its obvious this isn't a very good team. They can be very good or look totally lost, especially in their own end. I guess thats what you get for putting 4 San Jose Sharks on your team. I'd put Luongo in and hope for the best from here but they just don't have it.

I'll be cheering on the US. Would be a great story to see Burkie get the gold after his son's death.

They needed a shootout to beat the Swiss and lost tonight. Pretty cut and dry case IMO.

But not all is lost, Canada's Ice Dance team sits first after the 2nd dance.

Anyone notice Milbury and Roenick's complete 180 on Crosby vs. Ovechkin today? Strange.

Pretty disappointing game. Canada definitely did not play to it's potential. Hopefully this is just a bump in the road and they can re-group. I'd roll Louongo for the next game.

Wow...entertaining game between the Canadians and US. Miller was the difference...period.

Canada should be able to take out Germany for the qualifier...but, then it's Russia on Wednesday. That's gonna be a good one.

Great pace of play last night. Think I jizzed in my pants twice within the first 10 minutes of the first period. In a seven game series, Canada would probably come out on top. If they meet up again in the final, for a rubbermatch...

Don't listen to him domn, he's just trying to make Canada more than they are so if Russia beats them he can gloat. He will continue to use Orpik and others as a reason not to root for US or Canada. We all know he's solely rooting for the Russians but he's afraid to admit it..

I've never tried to hide this since I started "rooting" for everything Russian in 1983.

Another good piece of news to come out of last night game is that Ron Wilson can actually still coach.

Now all Burke has to do in trade for team USA. He already has Kessel.

If he puts Orpik and J. Johnson on the same line again... I'm going to kick him in the head. They are both a defensive liability by going out of their way to make huge hits. Need a stay at home Dman paired with one of them..

@ Keith's ice-time...wow.

And seriously, if Canada wants to have a chance at that gold, can Babcock start benching Marleau, Perry, and Thornton...? (Heatley can stay cuz at least he scores goals)

Toews (shut up you guys about my mancrush on him) was probably one of the most effective forwards for Canada and he didn't see any ice time in the critical final few seconds...Bad call.

I would've rolled him out with Crosby, Keith, Doughty, Iginla (or Morrow) for that final PP instead of the standing-around-admire the puck group with the Shark players...

^^ Doughty is just a inexperienced young kid...why would you put him out on the ice in a clutch situation
