Shane has trouble with boxers he can't handle movement or a good jab. Floyd has both. Mosley comes foward with no jab and he doesn't cut off the ring. He will get picked apart by a master technician in Floyd. I see Mosley being game early until Floyd figures him out by like round 4 or so after that he'll coast to a wide UD win.

Like who? You do realize that Floyd would be the favorite over Pac and is the favorite over Shane as well? He would also be the favorite over anyone in boxing 154 pounds and down. Floyd tried to fight Shane for years ever since he was at 135 pounds and Shane declined. He even tried to fight him right before he fought Oscar but was turned down on HBO by Shane because Shane said he needed to get his tooth fixed and go on vacation.

^ Mayweather will definitely win with his speed and reflexes. If any of you guys watched the Marquez fight then you will see that Mosley will hardly touch Mayweather. Mayweather is a technician in boxing. He has a plan G while his opponents are still trying to execute plan B.
I don't even know why some of you said that "it can go either way." You can say that with about any fight. You can say that about a 3 year old boy fighting a 21 year old dude. Of course it can go either way, anything can happen. A freakin meteor could come in and smash Mayweather, leaving Mosley with a flash knock out win.

Mayweather is the best pound for pound boxer, he is the best defender in boxing. He will win tonight and I give the guy credit for knowing how to bring drama to get more PPV. At least the guy is honest and says he fights strictly for the money now.

Mayweather is really a pussy. He talks shit about MMA and challenges any fighter to a fight, some accept, then he runs the fuck away like the bitch he is.

Easy win for Mayweather after he readjusted early when Mosley caught him. That's the funny thing, Mosley dominated a very good Margarito not very long ago and now everyone is saying Mayweather won because Mosley is over the hill. What people dont understand is Mayweather is so good defensively and game plan wise he makes people look like they are over the hill.

I wasn't expecting to see Mayweather be the aggressor as much as he actually was in this match. I thought I was dreaming when I saw Mayweathers knees buckle for a second or two in round two. It's a shame Mosley didn't smell blood and go for the kill that's so unlike Mosley.

I am definitely not a fan of Mayweather any more. I wasn't a hardcore fan before, just liked to see him fight. After this fight, he showed no interest in satisfying the fans even though boxing is on a down fall. You just HAVE to provide a knock out or some exciting maneuvers. You can't save boxing by showing us 12 rounds of jab-jab-pull back or swing-hug.
We were watching this at my friends house and one of my friend literally fell asleep. He's not a hardcore boxing fan like me but I mean cmon, what does that tell you about boxing?

That being said, this fight still was boring as hell, I was staring at Mariah's cleavage too, and Mosley should have gone for the kill in round 2 after connecting on his 2nd overhand right.

I'm a counter puncher too so I can't talk smack although I try and emulate Roy Jones Jr. more than Money. I find that I take less right crosses to this face this way.

Hehe... South Paw Puncher/Slugger here. I can take a hit, winning by power and combinations has worked for me. My footwork isn't too bad, I'm decently quick but I'm still moving around 230lbs.

Nice. I'm lanky so I gotta rely on the counters to do damage. Left hook to the body, straight right to the body, etc. Definitely not an inside-outside fighter

Now that Mosley is out of the way...
Manny Pacquiao appeared to soften his stance about blood testing, saying he would be willing to undergo testing 14 days before a fight if it helps set up a showdown with Floyd Mayweather Jr., ESPN reported Monday.
Mayweather and Pacquiao had originally agreed to a megafight last year before it broke down in a dispute over blood and urine testing. Mayweather wanted strict testing before the fighting, hinting that he thought Pacquiao had taken performance-enhancing drugs. Pacquiao, meanwhile, wanted a cutoff of blood testing 24 days before any fight.
Pacquiao has said he feels drawing blood would make him weaker.
"I am willing to help the sport for the future of the sport. I do not want to see anyone cheat or cheat this sport. For that reason I am willing to consider taking blood (tests) as close as 14 days prior to the fight, as long as my opponent does the same, and it is not a lot of blood, just enough to test," Pacquiao said on his official website, ESPN reported.

Pacquiao willing to take random dope test
Here’s a piece of good news to Floyd Mayweather Jr.
As part of efforts to agree on a November 13 fight, Manny Pacquiao said he is amenable to undergo random drug and urine testing 14 days before the fight.
“As long as they’re not getting a large amount of blood, I am willing to give out blood as close to two weeks before the fight,” Pacquiao told the Bulletin late Wednesday night during a lull in shooting a Ginebra commercial in Makati.
Pacquiao said he will not hesitate to be tested provided that the amount to be taken would be minimal, noted the 31-year-old fighter, gesturing with his pointer and index fingers a measurement equivalent to a short syringe.
Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed in principle to face off but a last-minute demand by Mayweather for Olympic-style testing did not augur well with Pacquiao’s handlers, saying they would not be bullied into accepting his seemingly-outlandish terms.
Pacquiao narrated the incident during the first fight with Erik Morales in March 2005 when a large amount was taken from him on the eve of the fight that he eventually lost by unanimous decision.
“I felt very weak after they got the blood,” said Pacquiao, motioning with his fingers once again the size of the syringe that was used in extracting blood from his arm.
Meanwhile, Pacquiao, has his schedule all figured out: Congress in the daytime and gym in the afternoon.
Pacquiao said he can handle the role of being fighter and lawmaker and that “time management” is the key to getting things done.
“I will attend sessions in the morning until afternoon then I go to the gym around 4 or 5 p.m.,” said Pacquiao, who will take his oath as congressman of Sarangani on June 30.
“I will stay in the country during training camp then with two weeks before the fight, I will fly to the US,” said Pacquiao, stressing that during his absence, his staff will assume his countless responsibilities.
As in previous training camps, there would still be the usual early-morning roadwork then gym work in the afternoon, according to the reigning World Boxing Organization welterweight king.
“Nothing’s going to change as far as my training is concerned even though I am now a congressman because I will carefully map out my schedule. I will still wake up early becauseI have to run in the morning.”
The past few days, Pacquiao has been busy consulting with his political advisers so he can easily adjust to his new role by July.
Next month, Pacquiao will leave for New York to personally receive the Fighter of the Year award – his third – that will be given out by the Boxing Writers Association of America.
“I am truly honored by this award that I am about to receive,” said Pacquiao, whose trophy chest also includes numerous plaques and trophies given by the Philippine Sportswriters Association, the oldest media organization in the country that carefully tracked the boxer’s rise to fame and fortune.
