Germanys GK isn't really playing all that well Lehman has saved a penalty against Requalme in the Champions League semi final earlier this year. He's pretty good at saving penalties although I think I'd rather see Kahn in the goal with his presence.
Although I don't think that a goalie can make THAT much difference. Penalties are usually just luck. Germany is 3-0 when it comes to penalty shoot outs during the world cup.
