Pass blocking is much different than run blocking. And the Cardinals O-line is nothing compared to the Colts.

Did anyone see the offer sheet Minnesota signed Steve Hutchinson to? He'll be the highest paid guard ever. He'll be making on average as much as Larry Allen ever did and he's a tackle which usually get paid higher. I doubt Seattle will match.

Looks like we're signing LJ Shelton as our possible starting LT. I don't think he did much before but he has nice size. I hope they see something in his play.

Forgot that Cleveland got Atl's Kevin Shaffer. They're spending big bucks.

I'm surprise no mention from the Jax boys about Brian Williams.

It's going to be hard for the Pats to replace his 60 receptions...

I can't believe they gave Randle El that much

I also think Minny is overpaying on Hutchinson also. I know he's good but damn.

And I'm surprised at James leaving the Colts. All I've ever heard about Arizona is how cheap there ownership is

Oh yeah we cut DE Duane Clemons the other day so I guess we'll be looking for another backup (we start Justin Smith and Robert Geathers as of right now) I'm glad, Clemons was over-paid and lost his starting job to Geathers, plus we got another $1 million off the salary cap.

The guy who wrote that, Chick Ludwig, probably writes for the team in either the paper or a newsletter.

You just beat me to it. I was alerting everyone in the offense. Brees wanted too much and he might turn out to be Chad Pennington with that injury. His arm wasn't the greatest anyway. I'm going to start emailing Culpepper so that I can get out on Sex Boat II with all the hot South Beach hoes.

Chad Pennington that's why. That's why the Fins didn't overpay for him. He might not throw the same.

Pats look like they're completely overhauling the team - if I had to guess I'd say they're going younger & cheaper.

Moss' agent arrested on drug charge

Posted: Wednesday March 15, 2006 6:58PM; Updated: Thursday March 16, 2006 1:20AM

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) -- An agent for Oakland Raiders wide receiver Randy Moss has been charged with possession of crack cocaine after police were called to a hotel to investigate a disturbance, authorities said Wednesday.

Dante DiTrapano and his wife, Teri, of Charleston, W.Va., were arrested Tuesday at a hotel in St. Petersburg, police said. The pair remained in jail late Wednesday on $5,000 bond each, according to a Pinellas County Jail official.

The hotel's management called police to report a disturbance outside the couple's room. When officers entered the room they found cocaine in plain view, police said.

"It was all over the place -- little bits of crack here, paraphernalia. It was on the bed, on the floor," said George Kajtsa, a spokesman for the St. Petersburg police department.

Police seized 73 pieces of crack cocaine and 21 grams of powder cocaine, Kajtsa said. An officer who wrote the report on the incident said another amount of cocaine appeared to have been flushed down the toilet, Kajtsa said.

"If one person would have had all this, that would have been trafficking quantities," Kajtsa said.

Three other people were also arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, police said. Each person had cocaine on them, Kajtsa said.

DiTrapano also is an attorney.

"Dante has been battling depression over two tragedies that occurred this past year. We don't know the facts of his arrest at this point, but we hope and pray that Dante will now get the help he needs," Tim DiPiero, an attorney with DiTrapano, Barrett & DiPiero in Charleston, said in a statement released Wednesday.

Moss also commented through the attorney's office.

"I'm sticking by my friend and I'll support him and his family as he gets help battling his problem," Moss said.

Also, I hope Bledsoe either (a) plays great next year or (b) can handle the harsh criticism of a teammate who has no qualms telling the public that the only reason he isn't producing is because his quarterback sucks.

Why would TO sign with Dallas? Did they pay him a lot of $$? I don't know if Dallas is very close to winning a Super Bowl.

Because 1) No one else but Denver has shown interest, 2) Jerry Jones has wanted TO since the Eagles punted him away last season, 3) TO's "buddy" Irvin probably keeps pressing Jones that TO is "misunderstood"...

Okay, is Dallas clueless...!?!? No penalties...!??

The receiver who has proven he can wreak havoc on or off the field signed a three-year, $25 million contract with Dallas on Saturday. The deal includes a $5 million bonus and $5 million salary this season, but no added penalties should Owens pull any of the stunts that caused so many problems for his two previous teams, the San Francisco 49ers and the Philadelphia Eagles.
