I have a 2008' TL Type-S with the factory lip kit. Would this exhaust system fit? I'm debating whether I should go back to the stock Type-S exhaust system or buy aftermarket. Currently the custom setup is unbareable. Gonna ditch the pre-cat deletes, jpipe and test pipe as well. The pre-cat deletes turn the exhaust tips a nasty brown.

It will fit yes. No reason to delete the J-pipe though. It is definitely a good power item!

Probably a few weeks. We are hoping all will have parts in hand within 30 days of GB close.

the altp base is made for the aspec kit... unless you have a type s kit on the rear then its going to look werid...

Very easy install If you don't have a single too, most shops will probably do it for like $75.

Marcus, my exhaust tips still look brand new! I polish them almost every other day lol some old dude in a corvette gave me a compliment on how good it sounded too. Definitely the best TL exhaust on the market

I emailed heeltoe, "The production on the exhaust should be done in about 1-1.5 weeks." Thenn we wait for shipping from ATLP labs to Heeltoe, and Heeltoe ships to us? Or would it ship to us straight from ATLP? I'm hoping its the latter of obivious reasons... If not it will probably be 3+ more weeks!!

Sorry for not getting in on the thread guys, I have answered all the emails I have on this issue though.

Walshstl I am surprised you emailed and got a reply but did not ask more questions like this in the email!

The parts will ship from ATLP direct. But I am only 1 day from ATLP so even if I were getting the parts first they would ship fast.

haha okay so am i the only one who cares to update this thread?? Anyways production is DONE! They are shipping out probably this week!! Also, if you didnt buy jpipe/racepipe, I would suggest you do as it completes the exhaust and will add a good amount of power. I went with the rv6 v3 jpipe which is jpipe and race pipe in one, with a whopping 15+hp!!

No, I think you're the only who has emailed HealToe themselves. I would be bothering Marcus everyday if I wanted to for an update, but I don't like to be an annoyance lol. That's good to hear. Hopefully have them next week?!?! This would be an awesome birthday present for me, even though I did pay for it myself ha. I also bought the RV6-V3, long tube J-Pipe FTMFW!!

well i emailed them too, marcus said they probably gonna send it out thursday...cant wait =D btw the Rv6 is definetly worth buying! good power gain and also sounds pretty good with the stock exhaust alone. But even better with the ATLP!!!
