USPS drives me nuts. They tell me 2-3 days until it gets there and they always take longer.

Wow, I can't believe it's taking a week to go from Connecticut to New York. That's ridiculous!!

Maybe you've got the wrong address for me?

If you search you'll see it isn't difficult, but it does take some amount of tools. If you've removed a seat before, you could do this.

Install is very easy as long as your comfortable taking apart the interior which isn't as bad or hard as it seems. Also, the height of the shifter remains the same but the feel is very different.

I would recommend this piece.

i don't have the SS in my car, yet, but from what i can tell, the shifter remains the same hight. The throws are a lot shorter though (a little notchier though). If you wanted a shorter shifter (height-wise), you'd have to get a smaller shift knob.

Excelerate, do you have any SS's left in stock for the '04 TL? I'm assuming the offer for $55 is still good?

I just noticed that the SS is $49 on the comptech website. Did the prices drop since the Group Buy started?

Yes they are in stock and the price is good. Well you have to consider a few things in the price. Shipping/CC fees/inbound freight. So my price of $55 shipped includes everything.

Consider a set of Corsport shifter bushings and a Skunk2 weighted shift knob for the best performance from the SS kit
