Can someone recommend a dlr for the 105 service. I am willing to travel for good service at a good price. I live in western North Carolina. I have a local Acura/Honda specialty shop but have not called them yet.

Check and see if Hendrick Acura in Charlotte will give you a good price. They have a great service department.

The Acura dealer in Columbia was running a really good deal on the Timing Belt & Water Pump 105k service earlier this year. I don't recall for sure, but something like $489 or $589. That's worth driving a couple hours for.

Don't forget Honda dealerships. Same parts, but (usually) lower hourly tech rates.

 

Your best bet is to call around to a few different ones.

Thanks for the replies. AcuraCarland is where it was purchased new and Hendrick has done some work on it also. I will try those two first maybe they will work with me.

 

I have my warranty work done @Performance Acura in Chapel Hill NC, and other minor stuff @ Leith Honda in Raleigh. Had bad service @Leith Acura in Cary, NC. Never will set foot in there again.

Yep. I live 3 miles from leith acura and they won't touch my car.

If you ever need a hand with minor stuff I do that myself.
