Maybe we can get something going! Have either of you started modding yet? We just got ours a few weeks ago. Looking at doing the timing belt and an underdrive pulley. I haven't priced cia's yet, but may just go with a K&N drop in.

Just got on here a little over a week ago when I got my TL. I am in LR. No mods yet but I'm making my list.

 

Count me in as part of the Acura crew! I'm always down for a little meet, greet, and cruise. I'm in the Benton area.

 

Plenty of mods on my car...never-ending. I'm in Searcy, about 45 minutes northeast of LR. I'm always open for get-together. PM me if you are interested or reply and let's try to get a consensus on some dates/locations.

This is just a reminder that some of us in Arkansas are meeting this Saturday at 945 @ the Jacksonville Starbucks for some coffee (aka wake-up juice). We will immediately convoy over to Memphis to meet up with some TN AZiners at 12pm for some grub on Beale St, pictures, and cruising. I'm from Fayetteville born and raised. I have an 02 TL-S only seen two other TL moded around here. Kinda nice to be different from everyone else, and smoke all the little ricers and mustangs in town because they don't suspect it.

I would love to go. However I'm too embarrassed about my car right now to even consider it. I need a valve adjustment, headlights buffed, new radiator hoses, and about a million other things. I trust that it would make it but I couldn't even begin to cramp the style of everyone else there.

blue02S, let me echo Mem04TL and say come anyway. Assuming you have the time and money, meet us in Jacksonville Saturday morning at 945 @ Starbucks (I'll even buy your coffee!). You can follow ActRightSB and myself (we are also bringing our sons who are 10 and 11) over to Memphis. No car is ever perfect and we don't judge in negative light. If you want a day of fun, relaxation, and time with other car enthusiasts, this is it. You can send me a PM if you plan on going and I can pass along my cell.

 

I'm with cdavis1 and Mem04TL. Go to Memphis, blue02S. Participation and getting outta the house is the key. It's not like you're about to meet up with some stuck up Ferrari owners. Lol All Acuras here.

 

Lol thanks guys I appreciate it, however money is a lol tight right now ( reason why car is not up to optimum level ). I have taken another job that has doubled my salary though so if I can get it back to the level it should be performing at I will try to make the next one. Thanks again though guys.

There is a large car show in Searcy, AR during the weekend of October 20th. "Wake The Dead" is presented by Freaks of Nature and Audio Envy Inc. Coming back for the 4th year now, it had such a big turn out last year they are moving the show's location and making it a weekend long show for 2012! Welcome to the area. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not aware of any 3Gs period in the area, yet alone wdp. There aren't too many 3gs (less 4gs) in AR. With that said, you may want to check with the Acura dealer in Little Rock (off Chenal)...or start looking online for one. ActRightSB and I try to get together often, though lately it hasn't been often enough (we both have lots going on). We are always down for some grub and cruising. Mem04TL and the guys in Memphis also try to get together from time to time. Memphis is less than 2 hrs. If you have any ideas, let us know. You can private message us.

P - What's up, buddy!? Sean and his family are getting ready to have another baby next month. I'll be out this next week, heading up to The D (Detroit) for doctoral stuff. What about the 23rd? Would that work for some people? Can you check with your guys over by Memphis?
