Honestly I hate roof spoilers. I can't think of one that I've ever seen and said "wow that's sick". Just my of course.

What are the other plans for the TLS?

Same with the OEM lip spoiler. They are more expensive than the whole damn front A-Spec lip

I'm about to order a set of Kiaxen bulbs! 6000k or 6500k, that's what I'm trying to decide.

Is there really a difference between the two? Wht's making it so hard to decide?

I guess I'm not doing my suspension this weekend. Xlr8 said he wouldn't be able to get it to me before then. But it will be done the next week. Excitation!

Nice Lance! I wish I was getting new suspension. I'm getting sick of my S-Techs already. I want to go lower.

6000k bulbs are extreme white with a hint of blue. 6500k bulbs are extreme white with a hint of purple. Meh. I guess I'll go with the 6000k.

Glad you made it over here sir!

I saw in your progress thread that somebody mentioned that you should get a set of gunmetal A-Specs. Since you have an 04 and the 18 x 8.5 Gunmetal A-Specs were only made in 04, they would be perfect. I was lucky enough to find my set on Craigslist for $500. Keep your eyes open, they will pop up for sale every once in a while. The paint on my wheels is flaking and peeling off though

Btw I ordered a set of black OEM All-Weather Mats and a pair of Kaixen 6000k bulbs last night

Dude I know. I've been really bad about spending recently. I got that wallet and CD yesterday and then ordered the shit for my car. The week before that I got a wide angle lens for my camera and some UV and polarizing filters for it as well. The week before that I went to the Polo outlet in Smithfield and dropped $250 and then got my new shoes for $30. Maybe I should be diagnosed as a "shopaholic"

I had 8000k bulbs on my TL for a while until they started flickering and eventually went out. They were some $50 eBay cheap shits so I knew they wouldn't last long. When those went out, I put my OEM 4300k bulbs back in, and they looked like shit next to my switchbacks. They look more yellow than white and I hate it. I didn't want to go stupid blue with another set of 8000k so I got the 6000k. They are a happy medium between the usefulness of the 4300k and the cool looking 8000k

You're fine man. I just spent almost $800 on my car in one day! It's all good though. I got the nuespeed supercup kit, led switchback turn signal bulbs, and I was able to procure a pair of type-s diffusers for my headlights. Sooo lucky. I couldn't pass them up cause the price was so good so I snatched them up.

I've been thinking about it but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I never use my fogs anyway. I have 8000k regular halogen bulbs in there so they aren't stock, but I like driving with just the HIDs on

Damn! But congrats on the new toys

Be sure to post pictures when everything is on! Where were you able to find a set of the Type-S diffusers? I don't want a pair but I know they are hard to find.

I don't regret anything I've bought, I just wish the stores would just happen to lose the charge to my card or something

And wtf you usually don't fill up with premium gas?

Mitzi and Frank were probably sick and tired of it lol

I'm still pissed that your springs are so much lower then mine! Can't wait till we roll on some coilovers I want to improve the handling already, sick of the "boat" ride feeling :/

Frank was pretty quiet on the way home actually. I think he was falling asleep

And I'm surprised I'm sitting so much lower than you as well. I don't understand that. I think Frank had a good point when he said the A/T weighs more than the M/T. It will be a while until I get coilovers but I'm looking forward to them

Remember what I said about needing to spend less? Well I stumbled upon this thread:

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/15-led-board-map-dome-lights-763718/

And ordered 4 of those LED boards for $26. Meh.

I got the suspension from excelerate. I am going to put it on next week. I should be getting it on tuesday. Pics will be taken. Don't worry about that.

I got the diffusers from a member. He made a comment in a thread that he had some and no one paid attention to his post. So I PM'd him and badabing!

It took me all weekend but I finally got the type-s diffusers put in. I'm hoping that my lights don't fog up. Since they were previously done by JNC it had the screws that he used to keep it tight while it cures. So that really helped in tightening everything up. I also put in my LED switchbacks and resistors. They are sooo much brighter. Especially in daylight. Now I don't have to worry about getting into accidents any more.

Hey all. Hoping you can help me out... but I remember a few months back I met a bunch of you at C&C in Charlotte and one of you had your own printing business for shirts, etc.

Who was that? TIA

Congrats Lance! Just try not to get the car wet for a day or two so everything can cure and seal properly.

juniorbean I have no idea who you are talking about. My girlfriend had a shirt made at a local business here in Cary but she doesn't own it. We need some NC Acurazine shirts made!

I want an Azine T-shirt.

I started on the suspension last night. PITA. The instructions were so vague it took me and another friend half an hour to figure out how to put the new shock together. On the second shock we put together the spring unseated itself from the top hat. So we had to redo that. So after 4 hrs all we got done is the front. Tonight I will tackle the rear. Ha ha. That sounds funny. lol
