Well guys, I've got good news and bad news.
Bad: I'm not going to be able to get to HDay tomorrow.
Good: I'll be @ the lake with 5 ladies. What up.

Well, I can reveal the news now since it became official today. I took a new job with IBM. It's going to be a great opportunity for me, so pretty excited.
Tyler was great seeing you today. Sorry I had to jet, still had some arrangements to make this afternoon.

Still, with the Friday before off, it seems like an opportune time to show up...can get the car cleaned up on Friday, come up in the morning, take a nap in the afternoon, then enjoy the 4th's festivities in the evening. Not about to promise anything either, though .

Come back North. It has been too long since we have last drank many beers together sir.

Honda Day wasnt very impressive, comparing that to the shows they have up north in NJ and Virginia this was a shit show. There were some clean cars but for the most part it didnt have a wow factor.

Yes, it has. A revival of beer night would be good. Or brewery tours. There are so many breweries in the Charlotte area now. I've noticed the half day charity events have started multiplying, as well...it seems like there's one a month. I'm usually good on weekends. After work is tough, but I can get almost anywhere by 6:00 most nights. Could do earlier if I knew about it enough in advance.

Well gents, the Enkeis are sold.
Anyone know how long I can leave my car on jack stands before it's harmful?

Assuming they're at the correct jack points, a very long time (many months, even years). If you have old rubber bushings, it will put some additional stress on them and they might tear, but that's about it. Newer rubber or poly won't be an issue.

I think my replacements won't be here until August...which is really sad, but cool parts = wait sometimes.

That S2k is fucking gorgeous. Well, minus all of the windshield stickers that I saw in the other pictures

So....long story short I gotta figure out a tough decision.
I really wanted some wheels in 18" that are concave, and figured that the Advan RG3 would be perfect but the lead time is a little longer than I originally thought. It'd probably be November before they were being put on the car, and I really want to drive it some before the summer is completely over.
There is another option that is in-stock now, and while it is a dream wheel of mine...they're 17s.
So it comes this. 18" Advans and wait:
or 17" CE28 now?
