The formerly vacant building across from the Ballantyne Resort is now Vine's American Kitchen. I've been there twice in the past week as a result of the food being so good.

Vinny hope you had a safe trip back to FL.

I have some ideas on what the issue is. If you bring it up I can take a look for free for you.

Six hour trip for the mid Atlantic meet right after going home for Christmas. I think I will pass.

I always wanted to go to one of those, i always forget when the time is near for that meet. How are the roads traveling up there? Because the car is slammed. And ive never been up North.

According to a post on Club Lexus there are indications of a racecar LFA being built. I hope it will happen and there will be one in the Le Mans series.

In this thread there is an awesome video showing the manufacturing of this car.

What do you want in the background for the photos?

Put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 i think. That's what i did last time. Pry them apart and modify them how you want. Then put some of that permatex in the groove and seal them back together.

In the oven for 5 minutes, at 215* take out and pry open with flat head. Then when you're done, depending on how much sealer is left when you opened it, close the light assembly up put back in the oven for 7 minutes take out then cool them off. The worst thing that could happen is a leak which isn't too bad but to check and make sure do a water test when finished, or to make sure you've covered your ass, apply extra sealer. It's pretty easy, and my accord headlight came out nicely.

Make sure you have some spring clamps when resealing. It will help make sure they seal as tight as possible while the caulking cools.

When I did my lights I didn't use any extra silicone, butyl rubber, or any other sealant. I reused what was already there. Just reheated and clamped the shit out of them till they were cool. Have had zero condensation or leak issues.

You will need resistors or do the flasher mod to make LED's work w/o hyper flash. I had to also put diodes on the parking light wire because it was back feeding a ground and they wouldn't turn on with the parking lights, only the turn signal part worked. I've only seen a few people complain of that same issue and it seemed to only be a certain batch of Vled brand bulbs.

We have standard style sockets. Not sure if your dedicated to vleds but I'll be honest they are over priced cheaply made connectors. For the price I paid for them I was majorly disappointed with the quality.

Which one lol? The FB (1st gen) is running good, it needs a lot of long overdue maintenance to the suspension. Otherwise it's been running strong. Amazing that car hadn't been started in over 5 years and cranked up on the first try after I got the ignition issue figured out. Besides the money spent on getting it running again I haven't put any effort or money into it. Saving it for the FC.

The FC (2nd gen) is still in a build process. I have almost everything I need to put the long block back together. Waiting for tax time to buy my turbo kit. This car probably won't be finished till late 2013. I really want this car to be a perfect build so I'm taking my time and not sparing any expense.

Plan -
1) Extend your vacation in PA, drive home the day of the meet.
2) Stop by Great Falls on your way home.
3)??????
4) Profit

Extend my vacation by 2 weeks? That would mean I will have wasted my years vacation the first two weeks of the year. I think that sounds like a terrible idea even though I know you were kidding.

Not serious enough to have no vacation for the remaining 351 days of the year and thus missing many other larger and greater meets.
