My pit bull mix has gotten out of the house and now I think she's roaming the streets around the Pacoima/Arleta/Van Nuys area. Can you guys keep an eye out for her for me?

She went missing 2 days ago from my fiance's parent's place. Her uncle and aunt that are visiting from the Philippines didn't check for her when they opened the garage door and she got out that way.

She's black with a white chest, white socks, a white tipped tail and a prominent white line down her snout. She also has a little bit of brown mixed into her black coat. She has floppy ears, is around 80ish lbs (yeah, she's a chubby dog), and has almond shaped hazel colored eyes. She also tends to shake her head a lot (from a previous ear infection that's cleared up, but she still shakes her head). She'll have a red collar on with no tags (both city and contact tags fell off somehow). She does not respond to Spanish, but does respond to English and probably a little bit of Tagalog. Her name is Hersheys. She's a super friendly dog, so if you see her, don't be afraid to approach her. She just wants to give as much affection as possible.

Yeah, we've checked both east and west valley pounds. She's also microchip'ed

 

If she's microchipped she should be found in no time.

Well if the dog ever finds its way to the pound, it gets scanned and the owner's info is all there.

It's literally a tiny chip that's inserted near the neck.

 

Yay! She found her way back home!

I just got a call from my future father-in-law (will be father-in-law in 2 weeks). She made her way back home and was sitting next to the garage door waiting to come back inside.

Yeah, I'm really close with this dog. I raised her from a 3 mo. old pup. Funny is that she was the runt of the litter

Went over to the future in-law's place to see her. As soon as I walked in the back yard, she ran up to me, heeled, sat, then waited for me to give her a kiss on her forehead like I always do. That's when she pounced and licked me right across the lips... I spat for a few moments and just gave her a big hug.
