i did tell my mom that my intake improves my gas mileage. i told her that's the main reason im putting it on my car.

my mom said, "right......... im not that stupid son."

i really want to get the 7D.. but think its too much for me. it's like 1900 bucks for the body + lens combo.

Since its comparable with the 40d.. i'll just talk about my 40d.. I love it over my XTi.. i feel like.. my pictures come out a lot sharper and cleaner. I guess thats because of the MP but i like how my pictures turn out now. 50d should be similar but with more MP and looks more.. up to date. haha



but yea, i think the 50d kit comes with the 28-135mm as a stock lens...

Sorry to butt in but no point in buying such expensive bodies if you're not going to go up to a full frame (5D, 1D) ... unless of course you're looking for video-taking capabilities, which I think only the new 7d, the t1i and 5dII have (maybe look into the t1i?)

I would say spend less on the body and invest more in some good lenses!

I'm a serious noob when it comes to lens. I just use my stock lens and boom i'm done.

Yeah, once I try some new lenses, I'm sure I'll get hooked on it and start getting more lenses haha.
