Probably wants to get rid of the Merc because repairs are getting too $$$

I wouldn't do it.... not an 03 and especially not with 140K miles

Wow. That's not much.... should have done private party.

That gives me an idea of what type of mark up dealers are putting on TLs at least.... easily $4-$5K markup on a 05 with that kind of mileage.
