What's the downside of having an very very stiff RSB on FWD?
I'm thinking of ordering RSB for my car, and there are quite a few brands offering it so..

some people mention that Hotchkis RSB on firm setting is too stiff.
but i don't know what exactlly too stiff means
on my 3g tl, comptech rsb changed my car's handling characteristic in pretty dramatic way. and i loved it.

from my understanding, stiffening up the rear would be much more beneficial than front on FWD base because it will tolerate the understeer better and generate more oversteer entering the corner..

You guys probably know more about this than I do...
so someone I know is a Japanese citizen who lives in Japan and comes to California a few times a year, two weeks at a time. He inspects, repairs, tunes cars at a performance shop during the time he is in California. He has an International Driver Permit which is not a valid form of a license in this state. He can use his Japanese Driver License here, but not for work, apparently. Cops have pulled him over on numerous occasions when he was doing road tests. A cop told him that he needs a CA Driver License in order to drive as part of the job. He is not a resident of California, so what can he do? (I still have to ask him is he gets a visa when he comes here, but I doubt it).
