Who is this? Grandville, MI

Hey Acurazine,

This is a very random post and I'm not trying to be a creeper. However, I was driving through a strip mall and noticed this Acura TL in the Best Buy parking lot near the Rivertown Crossings Mall. Being from Michigan, there aren't too many TLs on the road (not to mention, ones that have cleared headlights, aftermarket side markers, and a Plasti Dipped grill). These are all modifications that I've completed, so I thought that this looked like a true Acuraziner! I was wondering if anyone has any idea who this might be? I blurred out the license plate to protect the driver's vehicle registration information. However, the plates on the front and back were from Idaho. I would have snapped more pictures, but my fiancee was already rolling her eyes after beelined towards the car once I saw it. We were already running late for our dinner reservations... whoops. Based on the headlights, there being no lower fog lights, the side mirrors, and the type of A-spec kit, appears to be an 04-06.

To change the color, or to 'dechrome' without spending a lot of money. Plastidip is reversible as well so it's not a permanent change.

Or it isn't the original owner and the things are just aging out. One challenge of a lot of self-modding....quite often it doesn't hold up over time....especially when you get to the next owner who may not care and just uses the car as basic transportation.

What else on the car is not well modded? I understand the Plasti Dip issue is awful and he could just tear it off or redo it. But right now, the weather has been fairly chilly in West Michigan. Maybe he/she is just waiting for warmer weather to tackle this? I'm just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
