I paid 415k for a new 2 bedroom, 1230sqft house.
But it's a bungalow, so a lot more concrete to the foundation than a 2 storey.
My parents are looking to move into a bungalow because they're getting old and tired of climbing stairs. A new 1500sqft bungalow on a slightly bigger than average lot is now 540k, all in
They built their 1750sqft house 23 years ago for 175k. My, how times have changed here

me too, man...
every time I get a good 20 minutes in and all the juices are flowing and tires warmed up...I'm like, I can't sell this thing.
And now with the Wagon as my daily...the S2000 is so polarizing in comparison since it gives such a different driving experience.
nothing major, just getting a divorce, but I won't be letting go of the cars...that was stipulated in the divorce agreement.

Seems like a lot of people I know are going through that recently...something must be in the water.

Yes sir...seems that way...
it was prompted by her...but I went straight into recovery mode, lose weight, stop drinking, jog, eat right...
in the end, we don't have a lot in common...friendship carried us almost 10 years. Better to do it while Z is 1...
and in the funny way life works...met a spectacular new friend that I have oodles in common with that loves the S2000

Nice dude! Keep up working on yourself. You're still young but you should definitely sell both cars and buy a RDX or ILX to pick up chicks. A station wagon and a ripoff Miata simply won't do that.
CAN!! But currency has little to do with it. It's supply vs demand. Edmonton is cheap compared to several other Canadian cities... Mostly because we are in the middle of buttfuck nowhere.
Take a look at the crack shack looking homes in Vancouver or Toronto, that are near falling apart and need a shit ton of money dropped into them... They're still going for a million bucks, just because of location. It's retarded.

I may not have a Vagon, but the S4 gives me the same experience

Thanks boys...
Yeah, I feel like I went down a bad path with the break up with a serious ex 13 years ago and knew to skip that part this time around. Seems to have paid off thus far!

I really do feel like y'all are family...
It was with my phone! Set at 6mp too...but with the white balance adjust, you can do some decent work with it!
