I found out how to eat to keep me small. sure, if i head out to lunch everyday i'd gain weight....
I like being small and limber so I can move around. it sucks trying to go up the stairs and get winded..
but without the weights, i guess my body loses mass and I look sick? lol

At the end of the day, i'm tall(ish) for a 
weigh about 175 or so I'd like to have more meat on me but not weight. On the other side of the spectrum, my gwai-lo coworker is about 275 and roughly the same height and he gets winded walking in a straight line
we just went to lunch, walked a half mile and he was gasping for air. complained about 'hills' i gave him shit because it was maybe a 10 foot elevation gain over 3 blocks.
his response: it's more of a hill than flat..

It was something about that girl at the gym he's always talking about and then his wife's foot getting stuck too far up his ass and he needed surgery to remove it.
It sounds like he'll be okay but it's a long recovery.
