You will need to buy the folding motors and oem switch from lings Honda parts. It will cost around $300 to $400 shipped. You can swap all other parts over from your usdm mirrors. Wiring should be simple to a car electronics shop. No relay is needed.
Everything will work just like stock with the added folding option.

Left motor- PFKL823593
Right motor- PFKL827567
Switch- 35190-TA0-003
The installer will have to swap out the non-motorize folding mechanisms and replace them with the power folding ones.
Each motor has a black and white wire. Adding power and ground to them will fold them one way and reversing the polarity will fold them the opposite way. These wires can be wired directly to the oem folding switch. The oem switch will have three extra pins compared to the usdm switch. One pin sits alone and the other two sit together. You wire the motors directly to the pair of pins on the switch. The third pin isn't needed.
No other wiring or relays needed.
