I already picked up a window roll up module online sowwwieee

My mom and I met up this morning and got her OEM wheels installed!

So clean

If anybody knows of anyone selling a pair of 17" 5Zigen FN01R-Cs or Wedsport SA90s let me know

It's a shame they're a mismatched set, the 5Zigens are super light

As much as people knock Craigslist, I've found some great deals on there.

Use: SearchTempest: Search all of Craigslist nationwide & more to search all cities / states in 1 shot.

Also, http://www.cars.com (like AutoTrader) searches private party / dealers, but those results will be pretty expensive as well.

Truthfully, almost any S2000 for sale that's in good shape with relatively low miles will be expensive as hell

EDIT: I misread your post (need moar coffee).

Try Searchtempest .. not sure if it works in Canada.

Cars.com definitely won't be of any help to you.

She was ecstatic for sure, car definitely looks MUCH cleaner than it did before.

I'm still hoping one day that I will stumble on a pair of some wheels that match one of the two sets that came off her car .... shot in the dark though since both are discontinued

I've done quick searches on autotrader.com, the American version.

I've come across others but I don't remember what they we're called. Just gotta do some google searches.

Tried to adjust them and the stupid threads were galled.

I wanted to go back to stock joints anyway. But it would have been nice not to cut them out. That was an extremely hard grade of steel, though. Probably the same grade as my heart is comprised from. Took an entire cutting disk to cut the fastener off.

Put back in my wicked low mile stock joints. Sexy sexy sexy.

I pressed and welded them whilst pressure washing the ITR's chassis because I was getting ready to do some exhaust welding on it. And it had gotten slightly dirty from driving in the rain. So my attention was already split between 2 things. Multitasking is hard for a player.

Realized that I did not properly align the ball joints to the UCA. So I had to cut them back out. Luckily, even though my attention span and short term memory is always "modified" while I work on my own cars, I still know WTF I'm doing. Putting those UCA's back in the car with the joints off-alignment would have been a GD disaster.

Re-welded with the correct alignment.

And this is why the joints need to be aligned. They travel in that slot. Also, note my overly veiny hand. This is the reason that mosquitos love me. You can see my whole circulatory system at any time.

Hopefully someone can sift through that to find helpful info. Align your ball joints, tough guy.

It's funny but I always thought they had a circular motion...so yes, that's very helpful.
Thanks, Veiny.

There are certain joints that move in all directions. Ironically, the directionally mounted SPC's were NOT directional in movement. They can be mounted all willy nilly.

You gotta just move the joint axially to test. If there's an obstruction in one direction, you know its a joint that requires proper alignment....so look for the mark.

I knew all this. But...the mind is a terrible thing.
