In case anybody was interested, I have my Greddy Spectrum Elite Exhaust up for sale now. Here is a link to the thread on S2Ki.

I want more loud but I'm a vagina. The in cabin noise is already loud stock but I think a little more oooomph from the exhaust would be great.
Edit: are you getting a new system?

If only exhausts weren't so expensive to ship...

I actually ordered the Tanabe Touring Medalion yesterday and it showed up on my doorstep today.

From what I gather, based on size and weight it would probably be around $75-100 to ship. That's still a really good price for this exhaust then, even if you spent $900. It normally retails for close to $1,400.

I'd love to drive your car and see how that exhaust sounds. I don't believe the Greddy has any adjustment on the mufflers either. Everything bolted up just fine with that one and I assume the Tanabe will be the same way. I can't recall any threads on s2ki saying there were fitment issues with it either.

I don't believe most exhausts have adjustments. And FWIW, neither does the stock exhaust. It shouldn't really need any. And hangers are easy to bend for adjustment. The flanges also have some slop in the bolt holes.
I will admit that when I used to have a T1R dual, one of the mufflers sat slightly further tucked into the bumper. I was told by some overly observant onlooker that I could loosen the flanges and adjust this. But...I decided to just go on living my life.

True, I need to do some research first though. Right now I'm looking to get more volume out of the exhaust (because racecar) but no rasp/drone. I'll probably start with the UK mod just for cost purposes. The wife would crap her pants if I bought a $900 exhaust right after I dropped $2k (so far) on a new camera set up.

srs, I want to get into automotive photography. I feel that it's pretty lucrative to get into this business since people pay an insane amount of money for some amateur with a base model Canon Rebel and kit lens to take pics for them.

LOL...I have yet to charge someone. I know that I enjoy taking them, and think I do decently...but I definitely haven't ever felt like I can ask for cash for pictures. Maybe I should.
I was just kidding, I think your knowledge of photography far surpasses mine. I just picked up tips from friends and have taken nearly 4000 pictures of cars over the years (that I've uploaded). I'd say that keeping angles and height of photo in mind...you'd be amazed at how different and more/less aggressive a car will look from just moving a foot over or going up or down or how you frame the car out using background/lighting.

My main reason for so many pictures of my own cars is when I get bored, or change something...I like to clean it, take fresh new pictures, edit over a beverage...then sit on the couch and admire the car on my phone or computer. Just something that makes me happy.

I need to start taking pics of my cars. Trying to schedule an off road trip for spring to shoot some pics of the Jeep. Crappy part is that I need to be outside the Jeep to take pics but the wife refuses to drive when the pavement ends. Therein lies my issue...and she doesn't want to take pics either.
The S should be much easier to do.

My photography is terrible AF. Always all crooked. There's usually a mirror that I didn't know was there that will show that I was completely n00d and in a messy ass room whilst taking the picture.

Roland. I appreciate you logging onto the forum every day. Not even being that sarcastic. You make me laugh.
Sam...no lie, the pictures of cars won't be less cool without you sitting in the driver seat. Park is somewhere awesome and get out! Wife can chill in the car.
B gets it...
