And for the record, I believe there are a least 3 R34 GTRs rolling around Edmonton now.
So now back to cars we can buy here... GTR is faster

GT-R was a standard production model. Cars such as the GTR R34Nur V. spec II, or whatever the hell it's called is the special edition version. There were about 5 different GTR special editions. Come on man. How is it not fair to match a special edition vs special edition?

The GTR is special edition. The NSX-R has to fight all its battles with its dick tied behind its other dick? That car has TWO dicks, bro. That makes one dick for every dick that the GTR lacks.
The GTR and NSX-R both were special editions. They are parallel cars. They're both track spec variations of the normal car. The NSX and Skyline both had base model and higher model variations.
NSX base vs. Skyline GT
NSX S-ZERO vs. Skyline GTS
NSX-R vs. Skyline GT-R
NSX always wins.
A GTR NISMO LM NUR OMG BBW BBC should probably be compared to a NSX R-GT then. For the LOLs.
Either way...I don't see any edition of the GTR on that Nurburgring list. And I seriously doubt any model year GTR is faster than any model year NSX-R.

2.) Nobody ever wants to do an apples-to-apples comparo with Hondas. Because chances are....they'd lose that. Mustang owners are always bragging about how bad they beat a civic. Its like knowing a family of tough guys and then bragging about how your overgrown 30 year old brother that still lives at home went and beat up the toughest 8 year old he could find.
The difference between Honda people and everyone else? You don't see internet memes about how badly someone's NSX could beat a Focus SE. Or how badly an S2000 would crush a Toyota Prius.
3.) Why would a GTR be faster? Because of its 28 turbos and 800 wheel drive? Free your mind, brohambro.
I'm not the only one thinking GTR and NSX-R is a parallel. There are tons of BMI videos showing the NSX kicking the shit out of most things.

I'm gonna try to find one where they compared the whole NSX model lineup to other cars. The R34 got beat up quite badly.

I will say that as good as HONDAS are...Acuras almost always get beat out in the Luxury segments. They're still more fun to drive than Lexus'...and value for dollar is great. More reliable than euro brands.
But nothing "special" like a Lexus...and not even slightly comparable to a BMW or Merc or Audi.
Infiniti makes affordable luxury cars...and they look fantastic. They really just haven't held up well ever since they started looking good. Its almost like they fired the quality guy and hired an aesthetics guy in his place lol.

I own a 1st and 2nd gen TSX. The 2nd gen only appealed to me because it is an wagon. And an automatic 4cyl 200hp car is only not depressing because it comes in wagon form.
If I were to sell my beloved 1st gen 6MT TECH sedan...it would be to buy a newish 3 series BMW. I don't think Acura has anything that embodies that type of car anymore :'(
I like good chassis dynamics, a MANual gearbox (won't drive an automatic), and looks, as well as features.
So...3 series it is then.
But I see no reason to sell my TSX for a while. Its paid off. It runs good AF. At this point, I can either save my money...or do frivolous things like buying K24 ITR's and random S2000's on impulse because I am irresponsible AF.

Man even if that thing was painted ryp the bummer would be going on no later than this weekend. I can't live without driving my s2000 
The shop owner was pretty cool as I even offered to pay but he insisted that I didn't. Great service and I'm pretty sure he'll get my business again. The paint job is actually pretty good also

I like the way the TLX looks. And would probably be half-stiff for it if it came with a manual trans option.
I kinda wonder why they didn't put the K23 into more cars. It seems to have been a candidate for the coveted world's first reliable turbo engine that didn't also suck award...or, as abbreviated, WFRTETDAS award.
