6 speed swap in 05-09?

has anyone done a 6 spd transmission swap into 05-09 RL?
I want to keep the j35 but swap the 6 speed from newer rl is it all plug and play as far as TCM from newer RL?

Only thing plug and play would be that the trans will bolt right up.

As for the ECU, at minimum you'll need to create a jumper harness with your ECU connectors ----> the KB2 6spd connectors/matching ECU.

That's simple enough but whether the KB1 will accept the newer ECU is the real question...

Yea that would help for sure.

If your serious, go the jumper harness route first just in case the car accepts it.
