North Jersey Mechanic Wanted!

Just wanted to get a word from anyone that knows of a good Acura Mechanic in the Paramus, NJ area.

Willing to travel up to 30 miles for the right person.
Just got my 2003 CL with 95k on her and want to get the timing belt done asap to avoid any serious engine problems.

TIA!

There's Park Ave Acura in Maywood. I believe the head tech posts here. He's well known for his work with Honda/Acuras.

I have a local mechanic / speed shop in Belleville on Franklin Ave where I bring my 4G. Marc Auto - ask for Victor.

Thanks for the info.

I know of Park Ave Acura, they want $950 plus tax to do the timing belt. I need it done, but that's an insane price in my book. That's why I posted a request for a good mechanic.

Any idea what his (the head tech from Park Ave) memeber ID is?

I work for Park Ave Acura the price is really crazy I agree. I don't do anymore side work but just a suggestion Honda dealers do the belt for much less and use the OEM stuff..

Havent been on in a while but if you havent got the timing belt done, id say go 2 Hamilton Honda in Hamilton, they did mine for $390 which is great (I think). Took like 3 hours

Timing belt, drive belts, car wash

+1 on Hamilton Honda. For other issues, I use MP Built in Port Reading. Honda/Acura guys, do good work.
