congrats on graduating Gary!

I live in midtown Sac and I'm paying $595 for a studio with all utilities included its a really nice area. There's a lot of nice places around sac just gotta find which one you like best.

Ohh nice! I found midtown to be on the more expensive side so I'm looking elsewhere like Arder (from what others here suggested)

Whats the community you live at?

Some guy out there was running mid 12's in a late model ford 4x4 truck
come to find out it was a ecobost motor, musta had a tune. That truck flew.

Didn't stay the whole night but I had a good time. Maybe have a meet out

Haven't been to the raceway yet but I went to Speed Factory's first meet of the year and there was 300+ cars. I go out to the Lowe's meets they have every week once in a while too.

So what's to do near the CHP academy?

I take the final test this Saturday, then I wait months for the background check.

Hopefully I'll be out there within the next 6-12 months.

Let's get a nice little acurazine meet going. I'm at CSUS at the dorms for now and I definitely prefer not hanging out at the dorms all the time.

Damn everyone is going to CHP! My buddy just passed the four pre-qualifying tests at the academy last week and had his interview this week. He's going to have to wait about a month for the results and then background check too a few more months. Told me out of the 40k+ applicants this year so far its already down to under 20k now so wish you guys luck on that!

So maybe we can set up a meet again soon..?

Nice.

I'm shitting bricks about the PAT test. I've been having some nastily leg cramps this past week. The only thing I'm iffy on is the mile and a half. I'm not in the shape I used to be and I think I may have waited too long to workout.

They give a lot of time though, 12.30 I think it was. I ran with my buddy when he was training for it and did the 1.5 in ten min. I'm not really in shape either.

Let's get this going! We should set a date and see where the majority of possible attendance lies so we can get as many people in as possible cause I know not everyone's schedule will work out.

Usually its been Saturdays in the afternoon and even on a few occasions on a Sunday. I say towards the end of the month we should shoot for that way it gives everyone time to plan to attend or to request time off (if necessary).

Dates I'm looking at right now are Saturday March 29th or Sunday March 30th.

Who's with it?

I'm with that too bro. My days off are Wednesday and Thursday so I'd be down with it. We could always meet at in n out since it's open later than tapioca. Gives us more time to chill. Anybody else ideas?

If it's going to be a weekday night, might wait towards the end of the month.
More daylight. Wednesdays Sacramento Raceway. Park outside the gate. Then
go inside and check some racing out. 7$ admission

I've been wanting in n out for some time haha. I'm down with this plan. Weekday nights is probably better for me as well.

If its weekday nights I'm totally down. Maybe start a monthly thing going? The In N Out by Arden has a decent parking lot. I'd like maybe a Wednesday night meet up once a month or something.
