[quote=Flipster23;14356745]^shouldnt be a problem, they have carb numbers and all that.

Went and had my car smogged yesterday at SmogIn and everything was ok except the Comptech header that was on the car when I bought it. The numbers didn't match up with my 04 TSX. Matched up with just about everything else!! Went straight over to my buddy at Redline and bought a OEM exhaust manifold to swap out. Looks like this is going to be the routine every 2 years when I need my car smogged! To expensive to buy the correct CT header!!!

Just lowered my car with the h&r springs and new kyb front struts. Car is really smooth and Handles really well

I hope this link works

Soon ill be getting the new 2piece tsw rims.
Introducing the Mirabeau and Jerez custom wheels by TSW. Manufactured using an advanced new process of Fusion Welding to mate the Forged Barrel with the Cast Face at a high temperature, creating a seamless connection and an aesthetically cleaner look all while saving weight.

Named after the infamous tight down-hill turn at the renowned Circuit de Monaco, the Mirabeau is a masterfully crafted 2-Piece concaved split five-spoke wheel. The tight hard cut lines of the spokes race out to a beautiful Stainless Steel lip. Available in rear fitments, with a deep angled concave for that next level in wheel design.

The Jerez is a skillfully crafted 2-Piece concaved multi-spoke wheel. A multi-spoke with clean straight lines that roll out to a beautiful stainless steel lip. The Jerez is named after the famous Spanish track in Andalucia, Spain, which plays host to the top echelon's of racing

I know Roseville but not that much of Roseville where I can recommend a shop, maybe Carlos (Pnoi521) think thats his user name can give you some names since he lives in Roseville.

Side work would be fine with me, but they must have honda/acura service background. Don't want a fly by night
mechanic. I could do the work myself but don't want to.
Gulumoney do you know someone or someone who knows
someone haha. And thanks for the reply back.

I think the video said silver face, Matte back face or gloss black finish. But out of the three the silver face one looks the best and classiest so good choice.

Call CT-Engineering and speak with Nate. The numbers on my Comptech headers weren't for my car either and I failed the visial inspection. I called Nate and he had me take a pic with my car with the headers on and he sent me an updated CARB number sticker that applied for my CL. Or get your car re-smogged with Mike.

My bad, South West Tire. It's on MLK, kind of hard to find so I would google map it first. I missed it the first time cause I thought it was on Franklin.

I'm all for cheap but I don't like it when they scratch the hell out of my wheels scraping those stick-on wheel weights.

I took my header off and brought it down to Chris at CT Engineering and had it rebadged for free! Those guys at CT Engineering where the best!! Gave me all the paperwork to give to Tommy at Smog In. He kinda tripped when I told him I had the header rebadged! It passed and I picked up my new tags today!!

And maybe I'll do a progress pic's too. It's been a long time since I modded a car oh about 13 yrs ago. Makes it all fun again.

Any recommendations for powder coating in sac area? I need the faces of my wheels done. How much should I be paying for just the faces ? Powder coat-it quoted me $70 per face. I thought that to be high and I would think entire rims get done for 70 a piece.

I've been quoted 100+ for entire wheel but can't remember were. 70 seems kinda high just for the face but imo I would
just powder coat the entire wheel. A partial powder coat would'nt look right, but if your on a tight budget your going to have to keep looking.

Where's the Nor Cal Regional Coordinator? We need to remove some of those very old threads from the sticky and put the fairfield meet up there.

They're 3 piece wheels so I only need the face done. Not going to get the lips painted, those will stay chrome. I'm waiting on a quite from diamond auto body for paint instead of powder.
