Saturday at 1:30 is perfect for me. So i've been searchin for a set type s wheels with tires on craigslist and such, most are 300-600. What do you guys think a good price would be to give someone? I found a guy in Minnesota with a set for 650, i'm just waiting for him to send me pics right now. I'm definitley not giving him 650 but I thought 500? What do you guys think? Josh I know your pretty good with this stuff.

This guy does all of the alignments for the autocrossers and everyone loves him. A good price and he will align it for maximum handling without impacting your tire wear unlike most places that will just set it to factory specs.

1:30 at Jorges tomorrow? I'm there. Who's headers are we installing?

Blackura, I'm more of a cheapskate and I don't want anything unless its a deal for me, so I would most likely start off with 300 for those wheels and negotiate to 400 or 450max.

I'm still waiting for the wifey to give me a call back. If the party starts at 2 like I think it does for some reason, I won't be able to make it.

If it starts later though, or if I can find some way to get out of it - I will be there. I'll keep you posted though.

hmmm...so like a noob I am a bit confused??? Where is the meeting at? is it a meeting or just installing parts? I read a few pages back about a meet then a cruise in Wisconsin or something. I think that would bad ass if we all did go cruising some time soon. I've never been on a cruise with all the same cars before so that would be awesome. So if someone wants to plan for a cruise let me know!!!! and whats going on today at 1:30?

And again the other day me and my bro was going to st.paul and I pulled up next to a tinted black TL-S just like mines but had the stock bodykit I believe but had some sweet ass rims on it on 694 but the tinted black TL-S exited on 35W going south. I cruise right by whoever it was thinking damn, it might be one of you guys lol. We should get some kind of sticker or something to identify us so when we see each other we can holla!!!

We're going to meet up at Jorge's house at 1:30 and install someone's headers. PM Takata18 to get his address so you'll know where to go.

There seems to be a good number of Minnesotans here. What does everyone's TL look like? Just so I can keep an eye out on the road....

I usually see 1-3 everyday but I never know if I'm passing by one of you guys or not lol. Yesterday evening saw a nice NBP 02-03 with OEM lip kit on Como and Pennsylvania in St Paul. We were opposite of eachother on the left turn lane at the stoplight, then turned right next to eachother. It had the HID's and Fogs on... It looked sweet! I need to get myself the lip kit!

As for me, I'm an Asian dude driving a stock looking 2003 Nighthawk Black Pearl TL-S with no Lip Kit....(it looks like it's in need of body work )... 30% tinted windows all around and slightly dropped. (1.75"x1.5")...Debadged....ugly Gold emblem/Grill.......Stainless Steel ricer exhaust tips. You'll see me around Saint Paul everyday.

I was being all nice - like a good boy would last night. Went to the bar for like an hour and came home to bed. Was sleeping for an hour, then at 3am the neighbors came-a-knockin and I had to wake up to see what was going on.

Needless to say I just got home a couple of hours ago. It's hot out already.

As for cars - I drive an 04 SSM TL, no kits or rims or anything. My trademark so to speak is lights. I've got the TL-S tails and sidemarkers, and I've got cleared headlights. I've also got ZKW lenses - but if you guys can spot those as you pass on 94 - I got mad props for ya... lol

For the meet today - I still have yet to get a definitive answer from the woman. And.. she wanted to take the truck to work today to show it off (since she has never driven it yet). So... I have no truck, and the ack is in the garage, and I have a POS Suzuki parked behind me. Until she gets home, I'm stuck

I'm probably not going to make it due to the b-day party, but if something changes - I got the address.

Wrong! They're aftermarket...the brand name is "Stock"!

jk jk....yeah they're OEM...I don't know if they are still good or not but, because I just got my TL, and after I got it I dropped it with H&R Springs and Tokico HP's.... if anyone wants them they can have them for FREE....otherwise I'm gonna toss them out...I have no room for them.

I will probably give away my stock headers after I get my XS headers put on too. If you want the springs/struts today give me a PM on where to bring em...i'm at home right now in White Bear Lake.

alright, the headers worked pretty good.
there is a litle noise at the low rpms, but nothing i can't cover up with more loud music.
but really it isn't that notcible at all, so i guess this far it looks like we all did a good job.
thanks again guys, i really appreciate it..

It was kinda dark so I just assumed it was an 02-03. Couldn't really tell with the lights on facing me.

No problem - I'll give you a call, but just wondering what time. I'm guessing you have my address in that fancy phone of yours (that bill gates made...lol). If not, give me a call. I'll either be outside trimming trees or I'll be washing the car or something.

That's something you'd want Nitro to do.

Josh..I got a question for ya...when you installed your CT Icebox...did it go fairly smooth or were there any cables/battery/other things in the way of the icebox that needed moving or shoving aside? Just wondering because I'm gonna find some time to put mine on.

Please say that it is new? If not - it can be done, just more of a pain. If it's new, we'll have the diagrams for it, and generally I recommend buying the $10 wire harness for it. Otherwise you end up cutting off the OEM harness (which isn't the end of the world.... the first install)

I'm pretty good with car stereo stuff as I used to install my own stuff and build my own custom sub boxes. I've since moved on from car audio to home theatre since the last couple of vehicles I've had I didn't feel like violating.
