Twin Cities Acuras
Yeah that's what we did. I guess that is what I get for not having a Blackberry/Iphone to check the message boards then we would have known. 05TL and I watched the Gopher game and had lunch and I waited around till 12:30 to see if anyone else showed up before leaving myself.
Jorge - I sent you a pm; check your inbox.
I check this thread quite often, but I have been VERY busy lately with work & school.
I need help finding a good shop to apply window tint. I would like to install tint (thinking 35%) on BIG RED (my Jeep). I fired my installer who has been helping me with all my modifications. Where do you guys recommend I go to have my windows tinted? Also, do you think it is too cold to apply tint? I do not want my tint to not adhere right due to the cold & have the film bubble. This happened to my buddy's whip last year, but he did his tint more into the winter season.

I tinted the Scoob in Feb when it was below zero outside, no problems. I used DarkDan's tinting in Owatonna to do it, but there are a lot of places closer that do it.
Janek-you finally realize that you couldn't live without a Honda motor in your life?
Anyone know someone in the market for a loft downtown?

Lol only Hondas i would own would be Acuras. Not really a big fan of Hondas unless its an S2k (which is SUCH a badass car. lol i want one as a sunday driver)
Need to pick up an AWD for the snow, commuting back and forth from Fargo to MLPS, Chicago, my random road trips, etc. I'm gonna hunt down something with less miles since i'm going to rack them up quickly..
My parents just leased an 09 Altima 2.5S so my dad kinda wants to trade my car off on a CPO 07-08 G35x that he can drive on occasion to get a speed fix (Altima is pretty good for a 4 banger, but doesnt hold a candle to his current 08 G.. and his lease is up in April, so no more of that).
I'm fine with that if he is gonna pay for it. I was just gonna do an even trade for an 05-06 G35x, but the newer ones are quite a bit nicer.
Who knows. I just need to find something this spring.

I was really surprised at the way that an Altima handled the auto-x course. Of course, the tires they put on from the factory sucked for that kind of thing, but I was impressed enough that I would consider one as a family truckster.
Just get a Tahoe or a Suburban, then you can really say that you drive a couch.

WTF? Azine is chopping the URL up. It deletes anything before the .com part of the url.
Well, if you want to try it out, go to that link and insert Honda - Tech (without spaces) between http://www. and .com

Kyle, check this out: http://www.fbijobs.gov/11134.asp
Hey guys! My license plate light on my Jeep burnt out. Thus, I need to replace it. Instead of replacing it with a Super White 5 LED SMT Bulb, I am thinking of getting a Red 5 LED SMT Bulb. My question is, is it legal to have a red license plate light? If not, how much hassle do you think the authorities will give me for it?
Sup ya'all....didn't know this thread existed until now. Another Azine member from MN joining in. Too bad Winter is pretty much upon us. Would love to join in on a meet sometime. I'm actually down in Rochester, but would be more than willing to travel a bit.
Welcome aboard! We are definately more active in the summer, but have been known to get together a couple times in the winter too.
We actually lowered Razzi's car in the middle of a blizzard. lol

Um, that was Dan's car. We haven't really ever done anything to Razzi's car.
Hey, it's been a long while since I've been 'round these parts, and I hope everyone's doing well.
I just got an email from my registrar saying that http://mspacura.org is about to expire. It's $10 to renew it. I'm happy to transfer it to anyone who expresses interest, otherwise I'll probably just let it lapse.
Domain goes to the first person willing to pony up $10 for it.

Are there generally just a bunch a mini-meets that happen or is there generally one big meet?
Quite a bit of both actually. If you check out my profile, I've got some pics from meets in the past. I would say we have 1-2 larger meets each summer (maybe 15-20 people), and we just do mini meets almost monthly.
Half the time we don't really even consider it a meet - we just get 3-4 people together that all want to hang out or fix someting. This summer I've been pretty busy though, but I know Josh, Takata, Blackura and Slepy get together pretty regularly. There's a couple other guys that happen to live within a couple miles of me in Coon Rapids, and we've decided just to run down to BW3's for some wings before. Sometimes taking a whole afternoon for a meet/cruise doesnt work out well for people so lunch breaks work well too.
