Hello I'm looking to buy a 2005 RSX Premium but I want to turn it into a 5 seater I was wondering if that was possible if I switched out the back seats with a tsx or le back seat would the parts be interchangeable

No chance the parts are direct swap. Your best bet is to have an auto upholstery shop try to convert the RSX rear seat into a 3-seater. Have you thought about how you will address the lack of a middle seatbelt? That might be your biggest issue.
